Je suis allé à la boucherie Farhat sur le chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges ce vendredi vers 22 h. Il n'y avait aucun client dans le magasin, pourtant le service a été très décevant.

Les trois employés étaient au comptoir des sandwiches & personne n'est venu me servir à la boucherie. Ils me regardaient sans bouger, comme si ma présence les dérangeait. J'ai dû attendre sans qu'aucun employé ne prenne l'initiative de m'aider.

C'est dommage, car un bon service à la clientèle est essentiel. Mon expérience a été très mauvaise & ne me donne pas envie d'y retourner. J'espère que la direction prendra des mesures pour améliorer l'accueil & le service.

Infecte ! Service catastrophique ! Insalubre

Nous avons pris des sandwichs poulet & kefta. Le poulet était dur & la kefta rouge comme si c'était encore crue. Le serveur nous as indiqué que la viande était bien cuite & que la couleur rouge venait du paprika utilisé. Explication très douteuse car avant la viande n'avait pas cette couleur.

Les employés semblent négliger leur travail, l'hygiène est à désirer.

Nous avons aussi pris de la viande côté boucherie. L'employé ne savait pas de quelle viande il s'agissait: boeuf, agneau ou veau. Nous en avons eu pour 80 dollars & la viande est infecte ! Immangeable & dur. Cela ne semble pas du tout être du veau. Direction poubelle. D'ailleurs le prix est très aléatoire, l'employé ne savait pas quel code indiqué pour peser sur la balance.

Je n'y retournerai jamais. Il y a quelques années, les employés étaient consciencieux & le restaurant propre. Aujourd'hui, passez votre tour. C'est sale & douteux. Vous ne savez même pas ce que vous mangez.

Commander 2 sandwich … honnêtement j'aurais mieu fais chez moi! Absolument rien de waw ! Le genre de sandwich de dépannage que je fais chez moi!
