Infecte ! Service catastrophique ! Insalubre

Nous avons pris des sandwichs poulet & kefta. Le poulet était dur & la kefta rouge comme si c'était encore crue. Le serveur nous as indiqué que la viande était bien cuite & que la couleur rouge venait du paprika utilisé. Explication très douteuse car avant la viande n'avait pas cette couleur.

Les employés semblent négliger leur travail, l'hygiène est à désirer.

Nous avons aussi pris de la viande côté boucherie. L'employé ne savait pas de quelle viande il s'agissait: boeuf, agneau ou veau. Nous en avons eu pour 80 dollars & la viande est infecte ! Immangeable & dur. Cela ne semble pas du tout être du veau. Direction poubelle. D'ailleurs le prix est très aléatoire, l'employé ne savait pas quel code indiqué pour peser sur la balance.

Je n'y retournerai jamais. Il y a quelques années, les employés étaient consciencieux & le restaurant propre. Aujourd'hui, passez votre tour. C'est sale & douteux. Vous ne savez même pas ce que vous mangez.

Commander 2 sandwich … honnêtement j'aurais mieu fais chez moi! Absolument rien de waw ! Le genre de sandwich de dépannage que je fais chez moi!

This was my first & last time here. The service was very bad. No one even said hello when I walked in, & the staff seemed more focused on their phones than on the customers. In the butcher shop, it took about 10 minutes before anyone answered me. Very disappointing

Do not order from their website as they have no self-accountability. GF2768

I ordered from this place through their website. The delivery was sent to the wrong address (sent to the street behind me).

I called the driver who admitted the mistake & said he'd return to re-deliver it. He did not. I called the store & talked to a person that really didn't want to help. Was to told to complain to the website which has no complaints section.

I feel very wronged by this, & have no interest in doing any business with this place anymore & do not recommend you do either based on my experience.

Shame on you.
