"I assumed the one hour wait was because it was a busy Saturday evening. But when people who arrived after us got their food before us, I was concerned. I had to flag down our server who informed us the oven was broken. She did bring us our appetizers in the next three minutes. But our mood was already soured. Our server offered to take everything..."
