We recently held a celebration of life at the Falcon & the team was absolutely wonderful. Sandeep met with us several times before hand & was incredibly accommodating to any of our requests. All of our guests were very impressed with the food (we did appetizers, a mix of options from their Indian & Italian menus), service & the venue space.
Thank you to the entire team for making this event as smooth & stress free as it could be for our family.
Beautiful restaurant, staff was great & attentive, we were a family of 7 celebrating a milestone birthday, they were easy going as we brought our own cake, they presented & supported us to share. The pizza was a nice thin crust as i like, would recommend a wider Italian selection

WOW! is all I can say about the food served at the Falcon. I have to be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with the Indian/Italian menu concept, but don't let that put you off - it's not a fusion so much as 2 separate menus, & you can order from one or both. We ate from the Indian menu, both the tapas & full meal sections & everything served was truly delicious! This is not your typical take-out Indian food, it's elevated & refined, & bursting with flavor. The service was first class; the wait staff were super friendly & knowledgeable. I cannot believe we had never been here before - but we will go back for sure! I think this is the best kept secret in Hudson - but it shouldn't be! Highly recommended.
The Indian food is reasonably good, but the Italian is not. The pizzas use mozzarella & have a strong buttery taste, they look good but if you've had excellent pizza, this isn't it. The pastas are hard to describe, you expect something like the attached picture from their website, & what you get is a bowl of sauce with pasta hidden in it, awful presentation, a purée-like sludge of sauce where you cannot discern any of the ingredients, the taste is heavy & overbearing, plus a complete turn off visually. The service was very good, they offered to redo the pasta but it came back with even more sauce. Overall, stick to the Indian menu & skip the Italian if you have above average expectations of the food.
Unfortunately the Italian food is second rate. The margarita pizza was not at all good. Made with saputo mozzarella (not fior di latte) & the tomato sauce was an overcooked sugary mess instead od simply hand crushed Italian canned tomotoes. The reviews i suppose are for the Indian food because if this is a 4.6 star Italian restaurant in the west island, every italian living there needs to rate this place so it gets a real rating. Fyi I ate half a slice & left the rest. When time to leave, server just said wamt a box? No query about why it was not eaten & no offer to see if anything they can do. They know the pizza is not up to par. They should just serve indian food since the restaurant is owned by indian family. The waiter eventually asked why & said he would pass it along.
This is a fine restaurant. Beautifully decorated & spacious overlooking the 18th green. The Sunday brunch is absolutely delicious & very creative. The tandoori chicken breast & waffles is an explosion of taste. Our party also
Loved the butter chicken eggs Benedict. Dinners are super too. Service is either great Or can be spotty. But nothing that you would complain about. They also have an Italian menu, but the Indian menu is sooo good, we have never tried it!

The food was excellent. Pizza was fresh out of the oven & tasted great. We sat right in front of the golf course so the view was beautiful. Service however could have been much better. First the table was not level to the other adjoining table & we asked if they could adjust it but were told that we could choose another spot & we had to insist on changing the table for another one rather than us moving from our chosen spot in front of the golf course. Then the waitress obliged. We ordered a burrata with cherry tomatoes & there was no balsamic vinegar or olive oil on it & when we asked for balsamic vinegar, we were told by the waitress that she didn't believe there was any but would go look anyways, she later came back to tell us there was none which is very difficult to believe that a restaurant serving Italian menu would not have balsamic vinegar in the kitchen. Later when we were halfway finished with the dish, she returned with balsamic vinegar. I also ordered the chicken korma & when she was serving the appetizers she said that the chana masala would take longer but I never placed an order for that & I had to tell her that I ordered the chicken korma. She later returned with the main dishes & she served me lamb korma & I had to tell her I ordered chicken korma & not lamb, she said she would check the order & returned afterwards saying the kitchen made the mistake & they will prepare the chicken korma. Later when I asked for the bill, she was about to have it over & before she did she said that there was a mistake on the bill & had billed me for lamb rather than the chicken. & then she went to correct it.
The food here is well prepared but for the prices they are charging they need to improve the quality of the service, the restaurant was not busy so there was no excuse for consistently saying lamb when I corrected the waitress three times over the same dish. At the same time every Italian restaurant has balsamic vinegar so I was completely amazed when she says they had no balsamic vinegar, I knew that was impossible. Until they improve their service I would not return but the quality of the food is excellent.
This place is great! I've eaten there a handful times & ordered takeout lots more. They execute both Italian & Indian dishes really well. It's a fantastic combo.

We had an amazing meal with great service.
The combination of Indian & Italian gave us the opportunity to try various dishes.
We will definitely be returning.
Delicious food whether it is Indian or Italian. I had penne Gigi last night: the Gigi was delicious, but the plate it was served on was cold. As a suggestion the plates should be hot before putting the food on it. We will definitely return just the same!
It was fantastic! We've had the Italian food, which was amazing, but last night we trued the Indian food! It far surpassed our expectations! Best I've ever had! Service was excellent, great place!
We had a group of 16 (mainly adults) & the service was great! The waitresses were considerate & explained the menu well. They made sure they were giving us the correct orders before putting it down. The food was really good, we had both Indian & Italian dishes. Adding protein options to the pastas would be a good idea, however. All in all, a nice meal with a beautiful view.
Beautiful, great landscaping in some holes to make the golf experience more challenging, great terrace to relax post golf, & delicious Indian & Italian restaurants.
The ambiance & decor was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised. The selection of Indian & Italian dishes were very tasty. The bar was beautiful & they carried Buffalo Trace bourbon 🥃 for my old fashion which was perfect. Only thing that they didn't have was Guiness Beer. Staff were very accommodating & friendly. We have already recommended to our fiends & they will be giving it a try. (MP)
Your food quality & taste are definitely excellent. Service was attentive & extremely positive. Congratulations on the extremely nice décor updates, very attractive & on trend.
Certainly not intended to complain but rather assist your operation in taking your business to great heights, our group's recommendation would be to improve your handling of wine service. Properly temperature controlled & chilled wine. Wine prices were found to be far higher than the local market is accustomed.
Lastly the exterior lighting of the entrance & parking lot needs fixed especially heading into the winter season.
We will certainly be back & already look forward to the addition of the Italian menu expansion.
It was excellent. I never give a five star review because there is nothing, no matter how good that can't be improved. Looking forward to your Italian menu.
