"What a gem for anyone needing gluten free! Delicious wood fired pizza (gluten free was on its own tray but does go into a shared wood fired oven). They also offer GF pasta (cooked in its own water), salads and escargot. I am sensitive to cross contamination and had no reaction. The crust was very good! Thank you for offering so many gluten free options!"
