Food is authentic
Each flavour was there in a wrap to remind me of the home country food
Just wahhhhhhooooo & front person was so nice & polite.
Patient even when we took so long to ordef infact it was there closing time but she was nice anc polite definately coming back
The food was completely bland, zero seasoning, zero flavor. The dishes looked nothing like the pictures online, & the 4 to 5 star ratings feel misleading.
What made it worse was the attitude when feedback was shared. No willingness to listen, no accountability. Customers spend real money & deserve basic respect.
Not here to hurt a small business, but honest feedback is the only way things improve. Cannot recommend until the food & the attitude both change.
The Manchurian dish was extremely salty to the point that it was inedible & had to be thrown away. After eating the noodles, I felt very sick, which made the overall experience very unpleasant. The food no longer has the same taste & quality it used to have, which is disappointing compared to my previous experiences.
Very disappointed with the order, especially given the 4.5 star rating. Most items were borderline inedible. The Alloo patties were clearly not fresh, & the Honey Chilli Potato was so poorly prepared I couldnt even eat it. The momos had a strange, overwhelming taste of ajwain that didn't belong, & the Burger was average. Definitely not the quality I expected given other reviews.
Original Review:
Butter chicken tastes nothing like butter chicken. For 11.99$, disappointing to say that there were only 3 pieces of chicken. Taste-wise, I'm sorry to say that it was such a failure that I was pretending it's chickpea soup to make myself feel better. Naan is 2$ but the portion size will reflect that in its size, rest assured. Finally, the momos, the dish I was looking forward to! It was good. However, I'd suggest to make it with steamed dumpling instead bc it would pair well with the sauce. The crispy momos had become soggy after sitting in the sauce. Overall, fellas you're not missing out on much especially on that butter chicken front, yikes.
Update: This is a very weird response to a customer's review. It was a whole lot of nothing. You basically said you're justified in serving 3 pieces of chicken for 12$ which is ok if that's what you think as the owner, but as the customer, I'm letting other customers know what they can expect from you. Also, I don't understand what you wanted me to do in person, go up to the counter & say why is your momos fried & not steamed in this particular dish & the naan small? lol how absurd. Also, not everyone likes confrontation, what's with this insistence that customers come up to you? As you have mentioned in your reply, this is your normal presentation & the quantity that you believe is adequate, so what would you have done differently in person? Nothing. My review is to help you understand what I find is lacking in your establishment for you to improve if you wish to do so.
Second Update: You know what, I didn't come up in person bc I thought that 3 pieces was the standard since it was my first time at this resto, had I known it was 6-7 & that you'd shorted me, I would have raised my concern right there & then.
