Première visite au Capiche & certainement pas la dernière. Tous les plats choisis étaient délicieusement exceptionnels! Belles mises en place, assaisonnement parfait, portions généreuses, saveurs & plaisir étaient au rendez-vous pour nos humbles papilles.
C'était magnifique de voir le staff en cuisine sortir des plats tous plus appétissants les uns que les autres en y mettant chaque fois la même minutie & le même amour qu'il s'agisse d'une simple salade ou d'un risotto crémeux.
& les pâtes... une décadence à elles seules! Fabriquées à la commande, la pâte est roulée sous nos yeux pour ensuite être habilement tournée en tagliatelles, linguinis & raviolis à faire baver n'importe quelle Mama italienne!
Merci à tout le personnel pour cette expérience culinaire que nous n'oublierons pas de sitôt!

Ricotta maison pour ma conjointe & tomates ancestrales pour moi en entrée & superbe thon en plat principal pour les deux, le tout accompagné de verres de vin blanc & rouge (accord parfait avec les plats). Tout était excellent !
