Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Nous avons commandé une dorade moi & ma femme, la nourriture était excellente. & je tiens à féliciter notre serveuse Kassandra pour son service exceptionnel, très souriante & dédiée à son travail.
We went for a colleague's retirement lunch. Lovely atmosphere! Lovely staff. Service overall was great. I wasn't particularly happy about my choice of main dish. I wanted to try something different & should have asked more questions about my order. I didn't realize the Ravoili was a vegetarian option. I think it had mushrooms not so sure now. I didn't enjoy it & would probably scarred from trying out this dish elsewhere. However, others who ordered steak & the rice dish enjoyed theirs. It looked yummy & even made eating mine more difficult.🤣😂 The salad was really good, dessert was good as well & the wine compensated for my lack of enthusiasm for the main dish. Overall, it was a pleasant time spent. I would definitely recommend & would love to go back to try the rice dish. 😁The sight has had me dreaming of going back for days! 🥰👌🏾

Beau restaurant, les salles sont belles & les chaises sont supers confortables 🙌🏾 Mais les plats étaient un peu salés selon moi, sinon les portions étaient généreuses. Nous avons réservé une salle & avons pris un service de groupe. Le groupe a aimé leur repas & ils ont trouvé que les portions étaient généreuses. Cependant, pour ceux qui ont pris des cocktails, ils n'ont pas trop aimé leurs cocktails. Ils ont mentionné qu'il n'y avait pas vraiment le goût de l'alcool & que cela ne goûtait pas nécessairement le goût qu'il devrait avoir.
Celebrating my 40th birthday at Calvi was an absolute delight, making it an evening to remember for a lifetime..at least the next 10 years until my wife organizes another surprise party. The ambiance was great, with good lighting creating the perfect backdrop for our festivities. As we settled into our seats, we were greeted by the friendly & attentive server, Marco, whose impeccable service elevated the entire dining experience. One aspect that truly stood out was the impeccable attention to detail from the entire staff. As speeches were given, the waiters respectfully ensured that our conversations flowed seamlessly, never once interrupting the heartfelt moments shared. To add to the festivities, the restaurant graciously allowed us to have a photobooth, providing us with the perfect opportunity to capture the joy & laughter of this milestone celebration. It was a thoughtful gesture that added an extra touch of magic to the evening. I also enjoyed the food, the portion were not enormous but quite frankly enough to be satisfied. Thank you Calvi for making my 40th birthday celebration a memorable one.
nous sommes allé manger un lundi soir moi & mon conjoint, il était quasiment 21h, comme le restaurant était quasi vide ils allaient fermé (ce qui est comprenable!) le patron nous a quand même pris... Portions généreuses, bonnes saveurs en bouche, beaucoup de choix de vin au verre, très bon rapport qualité prix! j'ai mis un 5 étoiles à l'ambiance malgré que nous étions seuls dans le restaurant car le décor est magnifique & c'etait parfait pour une soirée en amoureux. Nous avons pris l'équivalent de 3 services & à aucuns moment nous nous sommes senti pousser de partir. Je recommande!! ps. les calmars étaient délicieux, malgré la largeur des rondelles, pas dû tout caoutchouteux!!

Très bon resto portion généreuse , merci au gérant adil qui était très advenant & chaleureux il nous a bien guidé pour le choix des cocktails , très beau resto au niveau du décor on s y sent bien .Mention spéciale les pâtes aux fruits de mer sont succulentes .
had good expectations for this location, but experience was a little flat. Service was OK, but the quality of the food was lacking. Starter calamari was under seasoned, & bland for our liking, & a couple of the pieces seemed overdone & quite rubbery. for the main meals, i found the menu somewhat unclear regarding the flavour profiles for the foods described. Supposed to be Mediterranean inspired flavours, but the braised lamb was served on a bed of legumes (chickpeas, white beans, & peas) which sounded good, but in effect, the flavour was more Indian inspired spices it seemed, which really isn't something we like & would definitely would not have ordered that meal had it been described accurately in the menu. many of the meals don't explain what the sides are - "whole fish" is just whole fish? scaloppini describes the veal, but what is it served with - nothing is indicated The pork osso bucco meal was a surprise - usually osso bucco when i have had it before is more of a sliced shank/marrow bone style - but this was a pork shank served large, like thor's hammer style. It was tasty. Flavour profile was deep & almost mushroomy, but sadly the underneath part of the meat was not warmed through - it was still cold under the bone. The top surface was warm, but it definitely needed more time heating. The gnocchi it was served on were tasty, although a little mealy in texture. the portion was huge, so i left the cold part of the meat aside, & was full enough with the part i ate. Creme caramel was adequate, although served with marmalade on top - which was a first for me seeing it served like that. Lava cake...... don't bother ordering it. one of the more expensive desserts & very poorly executed. Outer surface is too hard & almost shell-like that crunches when you cut into it. Inside was lava-esque, but the taste & the texture on these just weren't right. A real disappointment as lava cakes are not that difficult to do, & normally rich chocolate flavour. This was almost cookie-texture top, wiht a dense thick "cookie/cake" shell & small bit of'lava' but the taste was way off there were some execution fails on the items we chose. not sure that i would give another chance - wasn't satisfied with what we got as quality for the money that we spent & feel we could have done bette
