We ordered jjajangmyeon. The black bean sauce was tasty & not too salty & the noodles were nice & chewy, not too soft. I would have preferred if with cucumber on top but it was still delicious. The tangsuyuk chicken was good too. We ordered the small dish & yet, we couldn't finish it. Service was good. The waitress was attentive & refilled our water glasses & pickled radish regularly. Great place for a quick meal.
I drove an hour because I heard I could finally taste real Korean jjampong here. It was beyond my expectations, & I even ordered extra to-go before leaving. Absolutely amazing.
I've been so eager to try this place & we finally did. I find sitting arrangements are not ideal bit tight given the space. We were party of 3 me & my husband & toddler. There were 2 other tables with 4 chairs available but lady assigned us the one in the corner which was extremely tight. When I requefor another one, she said no can do but to find out later on another group of 3 (all adults) be seated there- no reservation. Food was ok, perhaps I had too high expectations. It simply didn't wow us. & I didn't the waitress wasn't the kindest per say. When we left restaurant, no thank you, no goodbye bit unusual for korean restaurant. Overall, if we were to be in the area & passing by I might consider second visit but wouldn't go extra mile like we did today.
Here's a polished, natural-sounding version of your review while keeping your tone honest & balanced:
I had been really eager to try this place, so we finally made the trip-& honestly, it was a bit of a mixed experience.
The seating arrangement wasn't ideal. We were a party of three (my husband, our toddler, & me), & although there were a couple of tables with four chairs available, we were assigned a very tight corner table. I asked if we could move, but was told it wasn't possible. Later on, I noticed another group of three adults being seated at one of those tables without a reservation, which was a bit frustrating.
As for the food, it was okay. Maybe my expectations were just too high, but it didn't really wow us.
Service-wise, the waitress wasn't particularly warm, & when we left, there was no'thank you' or'goodbye,' which felt a bit unusual-especially for a Korean restaurant where hospitality is typically a highlight.
Overall, if I happen to be in the area, I might consider giving it another try, but I wouldn't go out of my way like we did this time.
It's so delicious 😋 We enjoyed their Korean dishes so much! It not only smells good but tastes good also. They use 🔥 to make tasty food 😋😋😋 Also the server is so friendly & nice 😇 Definitely recommended!!!!!
Menu is small, which is great, as I've heard from a chef, if you go to a restaurant, & they offer a big menu, you better run away 🤭🤭🤭
Wonderful tasty chinese/korean fusion food.
Every bite had deep flavor & the portions were great for the price.
I tried Restaurant BUSAN in Brossard for their soups & fried chicken, & I was honestly impressed. The soup was rich, comforting, & full of flavor - you can tell it's made with care. It tasted authentic & wasn't overly salty, just really well balanced.
Highly recommend if you're craving good Korean comfort food in Brossard.
Fresh & delicious food, authentic flavor, big potion. We loved it. Korean approved!
I'm Korean, so I've eaten Korean-Chinese food my whole life & tend to be a bit picky about it. I honestly didn't have much expectation when I came in-just wanted a quick, casual meal. I ordered jajangmyeon, jjamppong, & sweet-&-sour pork, & the food completely caught me off guard.
The jajangmyeon was rich & comforting without being too heavy, the jjamppong had a proper, flavorful broth with the right kick, & the sweet-&-sour pork was crispy & tender with a sauce that didn't overpower everything. It all tasted familiar in the best way.
What I liked most was that nothing felt overdone or'westernized.' It was just solid, well-made Korean-Chinese food that reminded me of home. Definitely a place I'd come back to.
