Otentic, a recently renovated restaurant located in the new Omage boutique hotel in Laval, offers modern Italian cuisine with international influences, highlighting local and seasonal ingredients.

Focused on Quebec producers, Otentic serves flavorful and comforting dishes that change with the market’s arrivals. On the menu: fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade fresh pasta, artisanal pizzas, as well as reimagined classics like the club sandwich and the Gaspor farm bacon burger.

The restaurant also draws inspiration from traditional, offering authentic and generous cuisine at the heart of Montreal.

At the bar, a selection of Quebec-made spirits is showcased, each with its own unique story. The space includes a welcoming central bar, a bright dining room, and a private room with a conference table for 10 people—perfect for private events, business meetings, or celebrations.
