I was drinking then there was only the tapiocas left, I opened the plastic lid thingy & there's an eyelash😭😭 I have a lot of mascara on & it cannot be my eyelash I'm sorry for this but it's disgusting. I can even send a photo

As usual, the ambiance & the staff are amazing. Special thanks for Eric Chu. When I last ordered a drink, he made sure to get everything right & he gave us the warmest of welcomes. At some point my daughter was very sad & he comforted her while I was handling something. Mr Chu is a real gentleman & amazing worker.

Drinks ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? Customer Service ⭐?

I got a durian (yes fresh!) plus pineapple & my beau got pina colada. The bubble tea was very good, really yummy durian flavor, & the pearls were perfect. But the staff, mon dieu, I think you need to treat your staff better, maybe they will be more happy working there & put more effort into greeting customers with a smile or at least a hello! If you don't have happy staff, customers will not return & your business will fail. Based on past reviews, I'm not the only one that thinks so! It's one thing responding to reviews & another to put action into resolving the issues.
