J'ai commandé un smoothie à la mangue avec les morceaux de mangues en extra. Non seulement il ne m'a pas avisé du fait qu'il ne restait plus de morceaux de mangues avant de payer mais il me dit est ce que ça te dit que je te retourne 1$ avec un air tellement arrogant.
Franchement très déçu de mon expérience chez Real Fruit Bubble Tea. Je me déplace spécialement pour ça, & au final il n'y avait ni banane ni mangue (alors que c'est leur produit le plus populaire…). Après avoir passé ma commande, on m'annonce en plus qu'il n'y a même plus de tapioca. Sérieusement ? Pour un bubble tea, c'est la base…
Résultat : déplacement pour rien & grosse perte de temps. Ce n'est vraiment pas normal pour un commerce comme ça. À améliorer rapidement.
I was drinking then there was only the tapiocas left, I opened the plastic lid thingy & there's an eyelash😭😭 I have a lot of mascara on & it cannot be my eyelash I'm sorry for this but it's disgusting. I can even send a photo
A worker called Samira was honestly amazing. She greeted me with such a genuine smile & made my order perfectly! You can just tell she enjoys her job because she was so friendly, patient & made sure everything turned out exactly how i wanted. It was a perfect first impression of that shop. Her kindness honestly made my day. If you're stopping by Real Fruit, i really hope you get the chance to be served by Samira because she knows her stuff! Five stars, no question.
As usual, the ambiance & the staff are amazing. Special thanks for Eric Chu. When I last ordered a drink, he made sure to get everything right & he gave us the warmest of welcomes. At some point my daughter was very sad & he comforted her while I was handling something. Mr Chu is a real gentleman & amazing worker.
I got a durian (yes fresh!) plus pineapple & my beau got pina colada. The bubble tea was very good, really yummy durian flavor, & the pearls were perfect. But the staff, mon dieu, I think you need to treat your staff better, maybe they will be more happy working there & put more effort into greeting customers with a smile or at least a hello! If you don't have happy staff, customers will not return & your business will fail. Based on past reviews, I'm not the only one that thinks so! It's one thing responding to reviews & another to put action into resolving the issues.
Je y vais très souvent j'adore les jus à la mangue c'est ma boisson préféré mais malheureusement les deux dernière fois que je suis aller le jus à la mangue n'avait pas vraiment le goût à la mangue comme d'autre fois car elles mettaient trop d'eau donc cetais pas du tout un slush mais c'était vraiment que de l'eau avec un goût qui goûtait pas la mangue je veux vraiment y retourner mais pour avoir un bon jus à la mangue donc svp contacter vos employés pour leur dire de doser avec l'eau & pas être égoïste avec la mangue
