Très mauvaise expérience. Le monsieur ne m'a pas respecté pendant la commande. Il a mis son doigt sur son nez devant nous, puis, sans se laver les mains, il a touché pas mal de fois directement les verres avec son doigt à l'intérieur. J'ai trouvé ce comportement très irrespectueux & surtout pas hygiénique. Je vous conseille de vérifier les caméras pour constater la situation. Je partage cet avis simplement pour signaler ce qui s'est passé & pour que ce genre de comportement soit pris au sérieux.

We've had their classic mango slush, it was a refreshing & sweet drink! I've added litchi gelly as a topping & it was a heavenly combo!

The ambiance of the place is very cozy & welcoming!

Definitely will go again!

I had a great experience at Real Fruit Juice! The drinks were fresh, delicious, & made exactly how I wanted. The service was even better-Samira was incredibly kind, welcoming, & professional. She greeted me with a smile, was patient, & made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location, especially if Samira is there!

Le représentant qui m'a servi en date du jour (2026-04-25) à 17:30 est très incorrect & ce n'est pas la 1ere fois qu'il parle mal aux clients .
J'ai commandé un smoothie à la mangue avec les morceaux de mangues en extra. Non seulement il ne m'a pas avisé du fait qu'il ne restait plus de morceaux de mangues avant de payer mais il me dit est ce que ça te dit que je te retourne 1$ avec un air tellement arrogant.

Franchement très déçu de mon expérience chez Real Fruit Bubble Tea. Je me déplace spécialement pour ça, & au final il n'y avait ni banane ni mangue (alors que c'est leur produit le plus populaire…). Après avoir passé ma commande, on m'annonce en plus qu'il n'y a même plus de tapioca. Sérieusement ? Pour un bubble tea, c'est la base…

Résultat : déplacement pour rien & grosse perte de temps. Ce n'est vraiment pas normal pour un commerce comme ça. À améliorer rapidement.
