I've read some of the comments . However I'm unbiased & wanted to say that I have also been serve by the Asian woman who was extremely cold & seemed like she didn't want to be there . There was no one there but me so I couldn't understand what her issue was . Was she understaffed ? Recently pissed Off by a customer before me ? I don't know . I haven't seen her in my last 4 visits . Secondly I was late by 10 -15 minutes twice for pick up ,one woman left my drinks out . Another put it in the fridge. It's workers like that I really appreciate . I'm always happy with my drinks . My real issue is the points system. I thought I was collecting points to one day have a signature drink for free. For 1000 points they only offer their house special . That should be changed for people who don't drink mango . The other issue is that I can't add banana to my avocado smoothie in the app. It's one of my favourites that I make at home. Would love to have that on my morning runs .
I still have four stars . Aside from the worker & the points my drinks are always tasty.

Very disappointing service. The girls working there were extremely rude.

I asked for one extra spoon of lychee because the portion I received was clearly smaller than what is normally served. From the beginning I said I was completely willing to pay for the extra, but instead of helping, they started arguing & insisting it wasn't possible because it was a small size.

The situation became completely ridiculous when they even said they could show me the security camera over a spoon of fruit. Seriously? 🍧🙄 Instead of just providing good customer service & charging me for the extra, they chose to argue & be confrontational.

The place itself might be good, but the attitude of the staff ruined the whole experience. When employees act like this, it makes it clear they simply don't care about customers.

Very poor service & a very uncomfortable experience. 👎

As a customer, I expect food to be prepared & handled in accordance with established procedures. I previously ordered an avocado smoothie, usually it tasted flavorful & not that watery. But this time, an employee that we have not seen before rushes to make these drinks & ignores the taste tests. Im disappointed as she just ignores customers service.

The next time we ordered a different drink on the same barista. This time Honey Lemon Tea (Cold), completely ignores the'extra honey' description on the drink but proceeds to give it out. Tasted like water.... I appreciate that we re-verify our employees to maximize our customers satisfaction. We shall keep guests leaving with a smile instead of a compliant face. I suggest that you guys promote the hardworking ones & make them verify the newly employed ones. Thank you.

Tried their Mango Diamond Slush & it was amazing! Perfect level of sweetness with real mango chunks that made it super refreshing. Their service was also impressively fast - definitely coming back for more!
