Very bad experience. The service was extremely poor. The employee was on the phone & clearly didn't want to take our order. He spoke in a very rude & unprofessional way, telling us to go order from the machine instead. His attitude was disrespectful & impolite. I did not receive my order & decided to leave. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
J'arrive 35 min avant la fermeture, & la fille qui travail refuse de me servir soi-disant qu'elle est payé jusqu'à 7pm elle a vraiment une très mauvaise attitude & elle est vraiment impolie. Je lui ai dit que vous devez changer les horaires il me répond en me disant qu'elle s'en fout carrément. Mon message est pour les propriétaires vous devez absolument congédier cette personne en étant dans ce domaine depuis des années, je vous assure que vous allez perdre beaucoup de clients à cause d'elle
They need more than 1 person working there. You can't feel entitled to good customer service when the person working is swamped with responsibilities. I've never had any issues with my orders & would like to support the business, but the complaints in the other reviews clearly have zero idea what it's like to be manning an entire store by yourself & then being asked stupid questions. It also seems pretty self-explanatory that they close early if staff is unwell or can't come in because there's no replacements available. They might have better luck staying open through their operating hours if payroll wasn't so stingy. I feel for the employees who are doing their best under bad conditions including a frequent lack of air conditioning.

Went in today around 3:45pm, usually get great customer service but the employe just had his airpods in, spoke 0 words to me even when I said Hi or Thank you. 0/10 customer service
Ordered at the self service & there wasn't any option to modify the percentage of your drink. I had to got to the cashier to customize it. Winter is here & it's freezing outside fortunately the drink was really hot just the way i like it! Amazing
When things to make the bubble teas are properly ready by 12:40, it's great. But too many time now, I get there around 12:35 & I'm told there's not tapioca, & it will only be ready in another 40min. Come on... I'm giving this place one last chance to do better, & then I'll just stop trying.
The drinks are overall pretty good & some drinks have fresh fruit added, but I'm taking off 2 stars for the opening hours. 12pm makes no sense. Pretty sure it used to be 10 or 11am.
