I go to real fruit for their drinks that sometimes come out tasting weird, not as fresh as usual. Kind of a hit or miss place but when it's good, it's good. The other day I only needed to fill up my water bottle which they have done for me before as they should because it cost nothing to be nice & no time to fill a clients water bottle. Seems like on that specific day the owner was here & he refused harshly saying they don't do that. You don't … give water ? Mind you they have a whole brita filter which an employee used last time to fill my bottle. Imagine if I had bought something, maybe then he would've given me a big smile & taken 10 seconds of his shift to pour me a cup of water.

Horrible service, magically doesnt accept cash when workers dont feel like taking cash. 3 days earlier I ordered same thing & they took cash just fine.

Website says open till 9 pm & keeps on taking order but store get closed at 7 pm & when I reached to pick my order. staff was irritated & said that why you order after 7 I said website displaying till nine she was I have to do the cleaning again & next I will not make the order
I mean I am paying for something & misbehaviour by the staff is ridiculous. At 7.30 the store was closed completely even I have attached the Timestamp Photo for reference. Website still taking order till 9pm

We've been to this location 3x & the durian smoothie always tastes too diluted or they put way too much ice. The baristas need to revise the recipe, I understand they probably don't get it as often, but to pay 15$ is too much for not to be as whats supposed to taste like. The location of Pointe-Claire does it perfectly fine, it's a shame since we visit CF Laval often.
