"The first thing I'm told is that it's cash only; then when it's time to pay, the price was higher than what I expected, so I asked for the bill; the guy didn't even printed out the bill. After seeing the bill, he already charged "tips" in the price. Since when tips are automatically added in the invoice? The dumplings looked good but flavorless."
