Super! Ils ont maintenant un menu pour souper! Ça faisait longtemps que j'y étais allé. La seule chose qu'il manquait était un menu & des breuvages non alcoolisés. Il y a une panoplie de bons breuvages non alcoolisés. Bravo Randolph!

Rien à redire sur le staff, du bon monde! Les mocktails sont bons mais chers. La petite portion de frites est raisonnable! Plus d'options véganes serait nice :)
Tout me semble trop cuit en cuisine. Les frites de patates douces étaient trop cuites selon nous, ce qui enlevait le goût doux de la patate douce. Il manque d'animateurs en soirée, nous devions attendre plusieurs minutes avant de pouvoir changer de jeu, les animateurs faisaient leur possible pour que tout soit parfait.
Le Randolph c'est toujours un bon moment passé entre amis pour moi. Par contre, lors de notre dernier passage, la musique était vraiment trop forte. Il y avait déjà énormément de monde & c'était très bruyant, la musique super forte a rendu l'expérience moins agréable pour nous.

C'est une façon originale de célébrer un anniversaire avec quelqu'un qui aime les jeux de société. Le plus intéressant c'est la possibilité de découvrir de nouveaux jeux qui nous sont expliqués. Un point moins agréable c'est l'intensité du bruit qui est très élevée. Après un moment, on a envie de partir pour fuir ce bruit plutôt que de rester plus longtemps.
Quel endroit fantastique pour s'amuser avec famille &/ou amis! Nous étions 8 dont 4 Français en vacances à Montréal. Nous y avons passé environ 6 heures sans jamais s'ennuyer. On joue, on rigole, on mange, on boit...& on passe une très bonne soirée. Quoi demander de plus? À répéter.

We had our work Christmas party there. & I can say that we all enjoyed ourselves & ate well (the vegetable soup was really peppery, but overall everything was good). The host was great, & even though there were 30 of us, he managed to get us to play the games as a group. The service was friendly & patient with us. I'd recommend it to anyone on the fence about going, a truly memorable evening.
Pour la 2e année consécutive, nous avons fait notre party de bureau au Randolph de Rosemont & ce fût un succès :) Une belle formule tout inclus (repas, consommation & animation privée) à un prix raisonnable. Un grand merci à notre serveuse ainsi qu'à notre animateur qui nous ont donné un très bon service !
So a time at Randolphs is always fun. No matter the service, or food, or location of the place, you make your own fun with the people you bring & the games you play. Unfortunately when I went with a group of people yesterday, we had less fun than we normally would. This is the first time we go to this location as usually we either go to Laval or Ste Catherine, but yesterday this location was most convenient for all of us. To begin, one of my friends ordered chicken tenders, & there were two hairs in the first five bites of her salad. She sent it back & wanted a new one, but she never got the replacement. Then, when I ordered my second drink, half an hour went by before our waitress came back, she saw me & told me my drink was on the way, took everyone else's order & left. Then when she came back, she came back with everyone's drink but mine. She then disappears for about ten minutes & we ask someone to track her down for us cause someone wanted food with their drink, & she couldn't be found. When a different waitress came to our table & brought everyone's food i commented that I would like my drink canceled cause it's been too long at this point & I dont want it anymore. It took me saying that for my waitress to actually come bring me my drink. During our first two hours, our waitress was absolutely nowhere to be seen & only came back to our table when we flagged her down or sent someone on a wild goose chase after her. During our last hour, after she had to comp two items from our bill, suddenly she knew how to waitress & was able to come by a couple times to ask if everything was alright. The food, & the service were both honestly disappointing compared to the level of service & taste we are used to when going to Randolph, I honestly would not come back to this location if I know I'll be getting multiple rounds of drinks & food. The game masters were really sweet & helpful, they definitely were the saviors of that evening.
