Très belle place pour jouer entre amis. On est allé en grand groupe, c'était super bien. Le seul hic, la bouffe. Rien de tout ce que nous avons commandé était bon. Nous n'avons pas vraiment aimé, le choix aussi est limité. Burger trop salé, mocktail très sucré...
Je recommande juste pour jouer & boire, mais sachez choisir vos drinks.
Wow, I really loved this place! 😍 We spent about 5-6 hours here with drinks & food for two 💸, & it was such a fun experience. The staff who explained & brought the games were super attentive 🙌, & the waitress was really friendly 👏.
It's not something to do every weekend because it can get a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it. If you go with friends & want to spend less, there are options just for drinks or paying only to play 🥳.
Definitely recommend it! 🎉

We always have a wonderful experience at Randolph's, no matter the location, but this time we visited Randolph Rosemont, & it was especially memorable for us. It was a very special occasion on our end, & we're so happy we got to share such a beautiful moment there.
The service was amazing. The game hosts (the wonderful people who help you discover & understand the board games!) were super helpful & kind. The drinks, the food, the atmosphere, everything was just fantastic. Thank you!

I thought I'd go there, have to find a game, read the instructions & rules & by that time, already be ready to leave.
But not at all !!! The place is big & bright, they have over a thousand games they said, & there's a game master !
He came to our table, I described the kind of games I like & he came back with ideas exactly like what I like ! He knew everything, set up the table for us & told us all the rules so we didn't have to lose time reading them.
They also have a few vegan food options.
My only suggestion would be for them to have vegan baileys or creamette or something cause without it, there's quite a few drinks they can't make vegan.
Would warmly recommend for dates or groups of friends !!! Can't wait to go back:))
Our waitress was excellent. The sommeliers for games were clear. Our nachos were soggy & tasteless. I believe that in previous years, when we ordered nachos, there was some real cheese. It tasted like Cheezewiz. So, we plan on coming back for drinks & games but not food.
Had a ln amazing 1st date here. Drinks were good, game selection 12/10 & the general atmosphere & music was bomb. Definitely going back to try more games.
Terrible.. le service est bon les staff sont sympathique mais la bouffes vaut pas le prix une seule seconde cest une farce les portions minuscule le gout de la bouffes c'est décevant je suis tombé en bas de ma chaise quand jai eu ma facture 225$ pour 4 trio poutine burger & des drink l'emplacement est vide pour une raison gardez votre argent
Superbe endroit où s'amuser & se divertir entre amis ou famille ! Très grand espace , bon drinks & nourriture , excellent recommandation pour jeux de société.

Me & my partner love this place, I do feel like the drinks were expensive at first but they give you a big glass so it worth it!😄 I suggest u stay more than an hour so it more worth you're money! Staff was very welcoming & they explain the games for you.
So a time at Randolphs is always fun. No matter the service, or food, or location of the place, you make your own fun with the people you bring & the games you play. Unfortunately when I went with a group of people yesterday, we had less fun than we normally would. This is the first time we go to this location as usually we either go to Laval or Ste Catherine, but yesterday this location was most convenient for all of us. To begin, one of my friends ordered chicken tenders, & there were two hairs in the first five bites of her salad. She sent it back & wanted a new one, but she never got the replacement. Then, when I ordered my second drink, half an hour went by before our waitress came back, she saw me & told me my drink was on the way, took everyone else's order & left. Then when she came back, she came back with everyone's drink but mine. She then disappears for about ten minutes & we ask someone to track her down for us cause someone wanted food with their drink, & she couldn't be found. When a different waitress came to our table & brought everyone's food i commented that I would like my drink canceled cause it's been too long at this point & I dont want it anymore. It took me saying that for my waitress to actually come bring me my drink. During our first two hours, our waitress was absolutely nowhere to be seen & only came back to our table when we flagged her down or sent someone on a wild goose chase after her. During our last hour, after she had to comp two items from our bill, suddenly she knew how to waitress & was able to come by a couple times to ask if everything was alright. The food, & the service were both honestly disappointing compared to the level of service & taste we are used to when going to Randolph, I honestly would not come back to this location if I know I'll be getting multiple rounds of drinks & food. The game masters were really sweet & helpful, they definitely were the saviors of that evening.
Jeux agréables, bonne bouffe, bonne animation pour les jeux, mais beaucoup trop bruyant. Il devrait y avoir des mesures d'atténuation du bruit du style de panneaux acoustiques ou de découpage en plus de sections séparées. De plus, les longs bancs sans dossiers pour le dos sont particulièrement inconfortables, surtout pour des séances de jeux qui vont bien au-delà du temps d'un simple repas. Les drinks sont aussi assez chers - beaucoup plus que dans bien des bars, malgré qu'il y ait d'autres sources de revenus pour cet établissement, comme les frais d'animation pour les jeux & les revenus liés à la nourriture. Je salue tout de même le Randolph pour le fait qu'il soit un pionnier dans le domaine des bars & restos ludiques.

The food is expensive (cost us 150$ for 4) & not really good (we had the mushroom & bacon poutine - something tasted bad, the mac & cheese - not enough sauce, the classic burger - was o.k., the bacon & mushroom burger - not very good & two giant pretzels that were too cooked in places). Games are varied & for all ages. The staff didn't seem sufficient so we got our games ourselves & read the instructions. The tables are very close to each other. I suggest not going during a meal time & just take drinks!
Exciting place to spend a night in company of some friends. You get to choose from a variety of board games, even some not so known ones. Whenever a game is brought to your table, waiters explain the game with great detail & passion. Drinks & food are of the kind you expect from a bar/Cafe. Overall a very positive experience, especially with regards to the service. The price is fair for what's given.
