Heard about display a couple of years ago but always missed the opportunity to come here because it was intimidating with all these crazy people but finally, I made the choice to come here & play some board games last weekend & it was such a nice time. I had no idea what to play but there are literally people there for that purpose. They help you decide what to play & what to choose so that made the pressure less.
Wow, I really loved this place! 😍 We spent about 5-6 hours here with drinks & food for two 💸, & it was such a fun experience. The staff who explained & brought the games were super attentive 🙌, & the waitress was really friendly 👏.
It's not something to do every weekend because it can get a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it. If you go with friends & want to spend less, there are options just for drinks or paying only to play 🥳.

We always have a wonderful experience at Randolph's, no matter the location, but this time we visited Randolph Rosemont, & it was especially memorable for us. It was a very special occasion on our end, & we're so happy we got to share such a beautiful moment there.
The service was amazing. The game hosts (the wonderful people who help you discover & understand the board games!) were super helpful & kind. The drinks, the food, the atmosphere, everything was just fantastic. Thank you!
Visited on a Saturday night with no reservation & it was full of reserved tables & people having fun. Quite busy but within ten minutes our group of six snagged a table! Thank goodness.
I love the concept of the animateurs who can come around & curate the games you play to your liking. You just gotta ask! For example, one that requires more verbal communication, one that is fun for a group of six, etc. They are so knowledgeable in both games & two languages on top of that! I find it very organized & customized compared to board game cafes in Toronto. All of the food was quite delicious too actually; we ordered calamari, sweet potato fries, & nachos.
A little problem we had was not getting chicken on our chicken nachos & getting billed for it but they quickly amended it when I showed them a photo of our chickenless nachos. It was also sometimes difficult to get game servers to notice we needed them (I think we were told to flip our games over on the side of the table when we want to speak to them) but raising a hand eventually worked.
Would love to return here with more friends! Super fun time & great way to practise French or English with their bilingual sets of games!

Omg I had such a good time !!! It was wayyyyy better than I imagined !
I thought I'd go there, have to find a game, read the instructions & rules & by that time, already be ready to leave.
But not at all !!! The place is big & bright, they have over a thousand games they said, & there's a game master !
He came to our table, I described the kind of games I like & he came back with ideas exactly like what I like ! He knew everything, set up the table for us & told us all the rules so we didn't have to lose time reading them.
They also have a few vegan food options.
My only suggestion would be for them to have vegan baileys or creamette or something cause without it, there's quite a few drinks they can't make vegan.
Would warmly recommend for dates or groups of friends !!! Can't wait to go back:))
Our waitress was excellent. The sommeliers for games were clear. Our nachos were soggy & tasteless. I believe that in previous years, when we ordered nachos, there was some real cheese. It tasted like Cheezewiz. So, we plan on coming back for drinks & games but not food.

Had a ln amazing 1st date here. Drinks were good, game selection 12/10 & the general atmosphere & music was bomb. Definitely going back to try more games.
This is an amazing place to play games & have a beer with friends & families.
There's a 9$ fee & a host will pick a game for you based on your preferences. We had an amazing time playing Onitama. It's similar to chess but simpler.
The games were really fun, the customer service was great, the food was good, & the place felt super cozy & cute. The only downside is that after 8 PM it gets really loud to the point where you have to shout, which ends up giving you a headache
Me & my partner love this place, I do feel like the drinks were expensive at first but they give you a big glass so it worth it!😄 I suggest u stay more than an hour so it more worth you're money! Staff was very welcoming & they explain the games for you.
