Great spot for a gathering or date if you love board games. The drinks are excellent-every one is made perfectly, 5/5. Prices for drinks are reasonable. Even when I travel, I rarely find drinks this good. However, the burgers were pricey & not great. The finger foods, like the deep-fried pickles, were better, & the poutine was good with tasty gravy. You'll also have a mentor to guide you through the games-some are experts, others are decent. There is a $9 entrance fee, which I find expensive, especially when ordering food. It would make more sense to charge the fee only if nothing is ordered.
Gets loud on certain nights but cool staff. Introduced me to a few board games, but would rather play them at home. Okay drinks. Friendly to French & English speakers!

Fun spot for a board game night! Can get extremely busy on weekends & nights, so plan accordingly! Staff can seem tense & a bit snappy, but I get it they're busy. Food & drinks are good & what you might expect of a bar. Overall it's a fun place but might be tough to get in if you're a big group!
The food was NOT WORTH IT, subpar, & limited limited. The drinks were watery & overpriced. It all adds up very quickly as everything is expensive for the low quality. Entry fee is fair. The types of boardgames we played were not in the best condition but considering how old they were, we still had a lot of fun. Some games were in better condition then others. It's normal to expect that with people coming to the establishment. They forced a tip though...so heads up if that doesn't sit well with you. Don't bother with the food, at the very least they expect you to buy a drink but don't hurt your stomach with the food. Games good, good atmosphere, & staff was friendly & informed.
Amazing! The staff is very helpful, & there's a large quantity of board & card games. I had the best Shirley Temple drink ever! My compliments to the bartender! There were even maraschino cherries at the bottom! It was super affordable too, the drink was 4 dollars, & entry was 9 dollars. The bathrooms were great, each stall had complete privacy, with a proper door, & outside all the stalls was a big hand washing station. The last time I came here was around 2015, & it was a lot smaller. Now they have a basement, main floor, & upstairs. We played "Machi Koro 2", & "Century Golem edition". Some games are only in French, but they have a good mix of both English & French games. They have some board games for sale in the basement. I love this place & I'll definitely go back!
Music maybe too loud, & sometimes we had to scream to hear each other. However, the food, drinks & games are 5/5. The game masters know pretty well some games (others not so much). All the games are complete, & in good condition (casual tear & wear). In summary, we have been there 3 times & sure thing we will come back.
if you're looking for a fun activity to do with a group of friends, this is it. it combines board games, fun drinks & food. the selection of board games is very good & covers a variety of different types of games. there are also game masters to help you learn the rules if needed. The drinks are very fun & there are lots of options too. I recommend the purple potion! for food we enjoyed the bbq pork nachos ( very flavourful & a good portion) over all this is an easy way to kill 3 hours & have so much fun. please note that there is a entrance fee of $9 per person.
We had a reservation but still took us 15 minutes to get in. So crowded, it my take few minutes for staff to see you & come to you. The staff are bilingual & friendly. We really enjoyed playing with our friends & having our food & drinks.

We were a big group & needed extra chairs. They added the extra chairs for us. & Daphne was the best! She made sure we all got the right drinks & was so polite.
I love it, cause you can find good food (tartare, hamburger, nachos, salads, mac'n'cheese..), drinks & any kind of games in the same place! You can spend a lovely night with your friends! Also it's in a beautiful neighborhood on st. Denis! I suggest the reservation 😊
Pros: Knowledgeable & sympathetic staff. Many varieties of games. Good Food. Many Drinks. Nothing better to ask for. Cons: Could be a bit better spaced out the tables. Overall will return & it is a great activity night for both 1v1 or groups.
Good place for groups of friends, the game masters will patiently explain everything you need to know & are very knowledgeable when it comes to finding a game for the group if everybody is undecided. Drinks are good, food is alright. Price really just depends on how much you want to eat/drink.
