Randolph Pub Ludique Centropolis offre une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale avec une grande variété de jeux de société et des cocktails appréciés. Le personnel est globalement sympathique et à l'écoute, les maîtres de jeu savent proposer des jeux adaptés et expliquent bien les règles. L'expérience permet de passer une soirée entière entre amis ou en famille, en découvrant et testant des jeux, souvent avec des suggestions pertinentes des animateurs. La nourriture et les boissons sont jugées correctes ou bonnes dans l'ensemble, avec des cocktails appréciés, même si certaines critiques évoquent des portions modestes ou un rapport qualité prix à revoir. Le niveau sonore peut être élevé lors des soirées très fréquentées et quelques déceptions ponctuent parfois les expériences, mais l'envie de revenir demeure pour l'ambiance et le choix de jeux.
Oh man, soooo much fun! Going back for sure. Food: top, & so good, well portioned Drinks: perfect! & took alcohol & was good too Staff + Service: awesome, knowledgeable, & makes great suggestions as needed (sommeiller de jeux with blonde hair & one earring!) Games: great, discovered some new ones & going to purchase. Y'all should have a partnership for all the times customers makes purchases cause of y'all Bonus points: y'all have accras de morue as entrés, ok, ok I see you! was delish
Great time as always! Great games, delicious food & fun cocktails! Perfect place for a date night or a get together with a group of friends or strangers!

Food & service was okay, nothing bad to say about it however, I met with my friends there, we were like 8-9 people. I ordered a $18 poutine & I was shocked when I see thr receipt. It was $33 (Before Tip). I asked them why it's almost double priced & they told me card game fee & something. Just checked & saw $9 card game fee. Firstly, I didn't even play. Why you charging everyone at the table? & secondly, if you charged everyone $9 per person for a card game, thats almost $80 per table for using basic used cards for an hour. You can go anywhere on this planet & still that's gonna be called "Scam". Do not normalize extra fees in this kind of non luxury places. I don't think I will visit this place again.
A very fun place to be with friends or even on a date! There are plenty of board games & drinks to have fun as well as good food to fill you up for the night. Its definitely a loud place considering everyone's playing board games next to each other so keep that in mind. Their present drinks in such a fun way in lab flasks & tubes etc
We had a good time! The atmosphere was vibrant. The staff was energetic & helpful. They recommended fun games. The food & beverages were good. I removed a star because we were 5 people sitting on a 4-people table. It wasn't comfortable at all. We had booked for 5. Other smaller groups were sitting comfortably on bigger tables.

Nice cosy place, good drinks & food, personnel joyful, game master full of energy. Just got a couple mistakes & slowness in the service but nothing major, & mistakes were fixed. A good place to spend time playing & enjoying good company. Mushroom & bacon Mac & cheese was really nice. Thanks 🙏
La soirée c'est bien déroulée. Nous avons eu du plaisir. Seul hic c'est passée quand on est arrivé vers 17:30 & nous avons été place dans la salle isolé au RC. Nous avons entendu 25 min pour avoir un serveur ou un game master. Après les longues minutes d'attentes, nous avons du aller chercher quelqu'un au bar. Finalement la personne responsable était entrain de faire la vaisselle.
The chicken burger was a little dry & WAY TOO SALTY, I kept going up for water. The water drum also empties out way too quick & the place wasn't even that full so that needs to be refilled more often, perhaps more than 1 water drum as well (we were in the back room so it was further to get to).
The game "sommelier" we had wasn't good at all, didn't explain games to us or explained them too simple or wrong, didn't really seem to try or care. Wasn't good at their job compared to other times I've been (downtown location normally).
Food: great taste, fresh, & well prepared. The only negative is that they were missing most of the specials, like the bison, lamb & other dishes. So some options were slightly limited. Atmosphere: great atmosphere. A lot less rowdy than in Montreal, which makes for a better game experience. The upstairs floor was great, decor was super warm & inviting. Parking is definitely an issue at Carefour Laval, & that is just something to expect. Service: staff were super knowledgeable about the game, they really were able to find things that were tailored to our interests, so we appreciated that. While the service started strong, as the night went on, our server disappeared & we were often stuck with no drinks or food. It also took an hour to pay the bill. Water is self serve from a Gatorade jug, thought it was weird but ended up working out. Clealiness: Overall quite clean. Would definitely return. We were there for a corporate event, which is a fantastic way to celebrate Christmas work party.

We have a mitigated point of view on the place. On one hand the games are great, the explanation of any games is clear & the recommendations are great. Also the selection of drinks are pretty good with a large variety of draft beers. On the other hand the food is average. So bottom line go there enjoy the games & the drinks
Overall a great place to enjoy some fun games. Decent beer selection for those who like them from microbreweries. Staff is fun. As for the food... It's not that great. Also food is on the pricy side & portion size is very small. I ordered a burger & it was overcooked. Bun was stale too.
Animators were great & you guys have an amazing selection of games! Server was awesome! Wasn't too busy so noise level wasn't too high but our game relied on sound in certain parts & that was a challenge sometimes. Food was okay & a little expensive, the bill adds up very quickly unfortunately.. regardless we had a great time. Thank you!
I would like to express that the ambiance, characterized by lively background music, although appreciated for setting a dynamic tone, might be further refined with a mellower, lounge-style soundtrack to enhance the serene atmosphere, enabling more seamless interaction among players seated around the tables. As for the culinary aspect, finger foods play a pivotal role. We sampled the Nachos, & while the beverages were exceptional, the Nachos, unfortunately, were overly saturated, posing challenges for both finger food etiquette & card game compatibility.
Was a little surprised at the lack of attention from the game attendant.
The two people working did t know the game that we wanted to play. No worries, but they didn't suggest anything else & we had to run after them for explanation
