Randolph Pub Ludique Centropolis offre une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale avec une grande variété de jeux de société et des cocktails appréciés. Le personnel est globalement sympathique et à l'écoute, les maîtres de jeu savent proposer des jeux adaptés et expliquent bien les règles. L'expérience permet de passer une soirée entière entre amis ou en famille, en découvrant et testant des jeux, souvent avec des suggestions pertinentes des animateurs. La nourriture et les boissons sont jugées correctes ou bonnes dans l'ensemble, avec des cocktails appréciés, même si certaines critiques évoquent des portions modestes ou un rapport qualité prix à revoir. Le niveau sonore peut être élevé lors des soirées très fréquentées et quelques déceptions ponctuent parfois les expériences, mais l'envie de revenir demeure pour l'ambiance et le choix de jeux.
Food was mid like other reviewers mention, but I was stunned at how incompetent our game master was. We asked for a board game with some strategy or cooperative aspect to it & the GMs (there were two) kept bringing really simple games & conversational games. We were very excited to try new games on our date night however we were very disappointed. The GMs kept asking us what we wanted, we would explain, & they would bring us something completely different than what we asked. First time I ever had this experience. I was honestly BORED & we went home early.
Love this place!! It's incredibly fun, lots of games, good amount of food & drinks! Only downside is the wait is pretty long to get a table, & the service is quite slow as well once you sit down. Everything else is great though!!

I love the concept at Randolph & I go there often, don't get me wrong, but this time I noticed a lot.
Before everything, I must say that the service offered by our waitress (lady with short hair & glasses) & our gamemaster (gentleman with long hair) was AMAZING!
The waitress was quick to get our orders & was so friendly & the gamemaster was so helpful with finding us the most fun games!
When my small group & I first arrived we went in by what seems like an unspecified'backdoor' where we were not greeted nor guided to the right entrance. After noticing a big group of people waiting on the opposite side, we quickly realized where the actual entrance was. We were aware of their late policy where if you arrive more than 15min late they cancel your reservation, so we were glad we got there just on time. Despite this, we waited & waited for the hostess to finally show up & greet us, which caused the 15min to become 20min.
Unfortunately, we were welcomed by a rude & aggressively toned lady who refused to accommodate our reservation as we were'too late'.
I respect the policy they have, especially considering how busy this place gets, but rejecting our reservation this rudely (5min after the cutoff) before we could even explain why we were welcomed this late was not how good service should be offered.
We were taken aback by the way the hostess spoke to us, but decided to ignore it as we were here to have a good time & because she still put us on a waiting list to be seated.
As for the food, real life'expectations vs reality'. Do not trust the pictures on their menu or else you will be disappointed. The food quality is as you'd expect for pub food, so no complaints there of course. But the portions… Tiny! Please look at how the'shareable nachos' look on their menu vs what we received… The poutine was small, but not advertised as shareable (so it's understandable), but we still enjoyed it!
Moral of the story, if you go to Randolph, just go for the cool vibes! Don't expect much from the food & welcome experience, but expect to play fun games & listen to good music!
I had a wonderful time at Randolph! The atmosphere was lively, the games were fun, & the animators were the sweetest. Special thanks to Cédric for making the night even more fun!

Loved the place, the staff is very friendly, they have a big selection of games & the drinks weren't too bad, the only thing I haven't tried yet is the food!
So we came to Randolph with a group of 9 people & we had a reservation, they seated us quickly & our sever (Caro) was great. The first guy who came to help us chose the game wasn't really helpful & didn't listen to our preferences. So we asked a second guy (Cedrick) & he was awesome, help us explained a couple games & really offered a better experience. The food is nothing special but still tasty & the cocktails were delicious we tried a couple of them & we can definitely say that they have something for everyone. 9$ for the entrance which is fair. Prices for food & drink a little more on the expensive side but we had an overall great time. Would come back
Great place with lots of board games to try out. The entrance fee is reasonable & you can order food & drinks while you play. The food & drinks are ok (taste is good, but obviously not as good as a restaurant) & the prices are similar to other bars. The main issue is the noise level, on busy nights you can't hear the people at your own table. I've also had a bad experience with service once, where our waitress would forget to bring our drinks/food & made several mistakes before overcharging us. Thankfully we were able to get someone else to correct the price & it hasn't happened again. My favorite game to play there is telestration.
i always have a great time at randolph's! it can be noisy depending on when you go but if you don't mind the noise, this is definitely a great place to go! they have games from all genres, even games for kids if you want to go as a family. the staff is friendly & have good knowledge on about the games. would recommend making reservations, especially on busy nights or if you're going as a group

It was a really nice experience for my fiance & I's Valentine's night. The food was decent, the drinks were delicious & not too expensive, there is a small cover charge (that isn't mentioned until you are seated) but it's also reasonable. Service is quick, & they are all so kind.
My only issue is that their games are really heavily francophone, the options we were presented in English were essentially simple strategy games. Anything more complicated seemed to only be available in french, their food & game menu was only available in french too. I am fully bilingual but my fiance is not & unfortunately I don't feel we were able to enjoy the outing to it's full potential for lack of options.
Otherwise, it was lovely & I would go again, with adjusted expectations.
They also have a liquidation section in the front where they sell used games for super cheap! We bought 2 for 30$!! 😁
Randolph is an absolute gem! It's a fantastic place where you can eat delicious food & play an array of board games. They have attentive staff who serve you with a smile, & the game gurus are there to help you pick & explain games if you need any assistance. The service is amazing, & everyone working there is very patient & friendly.
We had a fabulous night filled with food, beers, & endless fun. The quality of the food was impressive, especially for a place that's not a traditional restaurant. The flavors were spot on, & it really added to our overall great experience. If you're looking for a unique, fun-filled evening, Randolf is the place to be!
Randolph's is an excellent place to spend an entire evening at the very least. A truly inspiring atmosphere for social outings.
Their game selection is unimaginable & their animators are very lively & knowledgeable, especially when it comes to game recommendations. We've learned a wide variety of games due to the animators.
Their drinks are pretty good & the potion-like ones aesthetically pleasing, especially for the environment. The food however is mediocre at best. I would not go with the primary intention of having food, although it is acceptable as a secondary to a gaming-intended outing. I would not consider the food itself cost-effective either.
Nonetheless, Randolph's provides an incredible cost-effective experience OVERALL for an admirable social/gaming get-together. I would visit this place frequently.
The games are fun & well-organized, offering plenty of entertainment. While it can get a bit noisy, making strategic games more challenging, the vibrant atmosphere adds to the experience. The venue features both a lower & upper floor, providing ample space. The food is absolutely delicious, making it a fantastic spot for groups or couples to enjoy a great time together.
