C'est vraiment une belle place pour s'amuser entres amis & prendre un bon verre! Le personnel sait comment bien cibler le jeu parfait pour passer une belle soirée!
C'était le fun, beaucoup de parking & bon service. Par contre, si vous aimer une ambiance plus relax pour plus s'entendre, je recommande d'aller à un autre Randolph. Aussi, contrairement à d'autre endroit du genre où je suis allez, ils ne plastifient pas leurs jeux. Ont a eu le droits à des cartes brisées & deux modèles du même jeu ( où il ne faut pas éclater le ballon ) qui était partiellement brisé, mais tout de même utilisable.
We had a good time! The atmosphere was vibrant. The staff was energetic & helpful. They recommended fun games. The food & beverages were good. I removed a star because we were 5 people sitting on a 4-people table. It wasn't comfortable at all. We had booked for 5. Other smaller groups were sitting comfortably on bigger tables.
We've been to Randolph twice, & loved it. Went to the Centropolis one last week with a rez, the girl at the front asked for ID & my bf showed his & I showed a scanned version of mine but she refused it. We had never been carded before & we're both in our 20s. Went again yesterday with a rez, & the guy didn't card us at all & we went it & played & everything. I don't understand why that girl rejected us but they lost customers that day & we had come a long way to be there.. very bad attitude from her part too ( small québécoise girl with short hair) , didn't appreciate it.

Last Friday, when I went there with my friends, finding a parking spot was a challenge. The servers were nice & friendly, but it seemed like there weren't enough staff, so I had to wait a bit for someone to take my order, both for drinks & food. Despite the packed atmosphere beyond my expectations & the noise, we still had a blast!
The service was soo good. Special thank you to the manager who kindly accommodated us even though we had a time constraint. Thank you for being so considerate! Really great time

Les serveurs sont excellent. Nous sommes allé pour un Bachelorette - je le recommande. Les serveurs embarquent dans les défis & son très enthousiasmes.
Nice cosy place, good drinks & food, personnel joyful, game master full of energy. Just got a couple mistakes & slowness in the service but nothing major, & mistakes were fixed. A good place to spend time playing & enjoying good company. Mushroom & bacon Mac & cheese was really nice. Thanks 🙏

La nourriture est succulente ! Les explications des animateurs est clair. Nous avons testé plusieurs jeux car nous voulions augmenter nos jeux de la maison. Mission accomplie ! Une très belle expérience avec mon amie, à refaire bientôt
Nice place, appreciated that the music was not too loud so we could hear each other across the table while playing. Service was great. Miriam was really sweet.
