Tbh great spot. Food is decent although I didn't love the nachos, but that may just be me! The place doesn't look special but covers everything you need. The games are great & it was one of the most fun experiences I had in a while. Totally a spot worth going & coming back for!!

J'adore cet endroit normalement, mais la pire service de ma vie. Je suis sortie avec 3 amies un samedi. La serveuse nous a tellement fait attendre. Nous avons commander des drinks & repas, ça la pris 45 minutes pour les drink nous avions déjà finit nos repas. Ensuite ont veut commander un autre drink & ça la pris longtemps pour la serveuse à venir nous voir, elle évitait activement nos regard. Les deuxième drink 40 minutes! On la voyait servir des gens qui commandait après nous ou arrivait après nous. Finalement, on commande des shots après avoir essayer d'avoir son attention pendant 1h, les shots ont pris 35 minutes! Elle a eu le temps de prendre des shots avec une autres table jaser, être sur son cell & tout. Je pense aussi qu'elle voulait vraiment que l'on parte parce que nous parlions avions du fun & elle est arrivé avec nos factures en disant que sa collègue lui a dit que l'on voulait payer. C'est jamais arrivé. Donc, on c'est sentie obligé de partir. Très décevant venant d'une place que j'adore normalement.
Bon resto avec une belle ambiance & des drinks vraiment bons. Par contre, le serveur qu'on a eu était un peu trop intense, parfois limite arrogant. Se faire dire'ta gueule', même en blague, c'est moyen niveau professionnalisme. La bouffe était correcte sans plus, poutines un peu froides & le four était brisé. Gros point positif par contre pour le staff de jeu, super bons pour expliquer & vraiment compétents.

Love this place!! It's incredibly fun, lots of games, good amount of food & drinks! Only downside is the wait is pretty long to get a table, & the service is quite slow as well once you sit down. Everything else is great though!!
Nous sommes allés au Randolph samedi soir. En arrivant, notre maître de jeu, Adrien, nous a accueillis… tout en mangeant une poutine & en nous parlant entre deux bouchées, ce que j'ai trouvé plutôt non professionnel.
Quand nous avons fait une petite remarque à ce sujet, il a répondu de façon un peu désinvolte, ce qui a mis un froid dès le départ. Par la suite, à chaque fois que nous demandions un jeu, ce n'était jamais le même maître de jeu qui venait nous l'expliquer. Nous en avons eu quatre différents au total, & avons dû réexpliquer notre situation à chaque fois. Lorsqu'on a demandé pourquoi, on nous a simplement dit qu'il y avait un manque de personnel.
Côté bar, les drinks étaient beaucoup trop sucrés au départ, mais le personnel a été très professionnel en acceptant de nous les changer - un gros plus!
En résumé, l'expérience de samedi dernier aurait mérité un 2/10, mais comme je suis un habitué du Randolph & que je comprends que ça peut arriver, je mets quand même 4 étoiles. J'espère simplement que ce genre de situation reste une exception, car j'adore habituellement l'endroit.
Water is self-serve despite the $9 entry fee & pricy food/drinks, but there we had to ask for the cups to be refilled more than once & the water jug/cooler was empty the whole night.
Drinks were good, fried food was okay - Poutine was served without a fork or cutlery. Napkins are also self serve. Dessert was not good even with the low expectations. Store bought cake with a puddle of caramel in the plate.
Très belle place pour passer un bon moment & du fun entre amis ou familles, les animateurs sont toujours pour aider & expliquer les jeux & même guider selon ce que on aimerais jouer, niveau services est super bien, qualité du service quand même bon, qualité prix acceptable, essayer quand même les drinks cocktails car sont vraiment bon & avec plusieurs choix.
Achanlandée durant le week end Mais ca vaut le coup d'attendre & profiter d'une belle soirée
Loved the place, the staff is very friendly, they have a big selection of games & the drinks weren't too bad, the only thing I haven't tried yet is the food!
