food was ok, drinks too. but the service was incredibly slow... we waited for almost an hour to get some dishes, & some the staff even forgot to bring it. I could tolerate the wait knowing that they were probably understaffed, but taking shots every 5-10 mins while i still haven't gotten my food... lacks of class.

Déçue de l'organisation. Nous étions un groupe qui avions réservé depuis longtemps en espérant manger sur place. Malheureusement, en arrivant au restaurant, on se fait dire que l'on ne peut pas manger avant 20h ! On aurait vraiment aimé le savoir avant ! L'on a pris la peine de m'envoyer un courriel de confirmation cette semaine pour valider ma réservation, mais aucune information à cet effet. Heureusement, le garçon à l'accueil nous a permis de retarder notre réservation que l'on puisse aller manger ailleurs, mais pas toujours facile de trouver un resto pouvant nous accueillir toutes un vendredi soir juste avant les Fêtes. De plus, très longue attente pour avoir notre facture à notre départ.

Sympathique mais service très lent, bouffe vraiment décevante fade, facture exagérément trop cher pour la qualité de ce que nous avons consommé, bar ridiculement lent surtout que l'on peut voir le personnel qui flâne autour ou qui parle a leur téléphone personnel sur main libre
en plus, d'un cover de 8$ pour peut être jouer a des jeux
entre 18h & 22h seulement 2x les animateurs sont venus nous voir mais bonne animation
Point positif : Bonne ambiance de groupe

Première visite & sûrement pas la dernière ! Bien heureuse d'avoir réservée, car c'était complet ! Les gens qui y travaillent connaissent vraiment leur jeux & sont tous de bonne humeur !

We were put at a table of 6 for 12 & were super crammed, game service was slow, we waited 30 minutes before getting out game & the server was impatient. Not many English games either. Waiter was pushy with ordering more stuff even after many drinks & apps.

Drinks were very meh & food wasnt great but we did have a lot of fun & will go back in a smaller group- not recommend for large ones

Je donne un 4 étoiles car, mon seul commentaire négatif est pour le fait que nous avons réservé pour 6 personnes. La personne qui nous a reçu nous a placé à une table de 4 personnes avec 6 chaises collées une sur l'autres... C'était impossible de s'imaginer manger & jouer aussi rapprochés...
J'ai exprimée poliment mon mécontentement & aussitôt cette personne a remédié à la situation & elle a ajouté une table.
Merci pour la belle soirée ☺️
