Sur place tout était super : ambiance, alcool, animateur & nourriture. Par contre, j'ai tenté plus de 4 fois de rejoindre quelqu'un au téléphone pour modifier ma réservation. La boite vocale était toujours pleine. La fois que j'ai réussi à laisser un message, personne m'a retourné mon appel. J'ai également écrit trois courriels & je n'ai jamais eu de réponses. Arrivés sur place, ils croyaient toujours que j'avais réservé pour 20, alors que je voulais changer pour 14. Je n'étais pas capable de modifier dans Libro la veille sans changer l'heure. Il serait important d'avoir une meilleure communication avec les clients.

I prefer going during the day because there are less people, as it starts to fill up it gets very loud with the music & talking. Honestly, it's a great ambiance either way!! The servers are very warm & friendly & provide great opinions on food & drinks.

Nous sommes arrivée vers 6:45, ça pris 50 min avant d'avoir notre premier verre. Entrée arrivée en même temps que les repas..
pour les animateurs de jeux ça vraiment été super, tout super bien expliquer, des gens passionnés!

Le service est super, les animateurs connaissent leur jeu & savent très bien nous conseiller de bon jeu à notre goût. Nous étions 7 & tout le monde fût satisfait. Nous recommandons à 100% ! Très hâte d'y retourner !
