Nous allons au Randolph depuis plusieurs années. Même constat année après année, la cuisine est vraiment à revoir. Souvent on se dit que nous allons aller souper ailleurs avant parce que c'est tellement décevant à ce niveau. Le menu a du potentiel mais rien est réellement bon. Sinon c'est toujours un plaisir d'y passer une soirée!

Food was mid like other reviewers mention, but I was stunned at how incompetent our game master was. We asked for a board game with some strategy or cooperative aspect to it & the GMs (there were two) kept bringing really simple games & conversational games. We were very excited to try new games on our date night however we were very disappointed. The GMs kept asking us what we wanted, we would explain, & they would bring us something completely different than what we asked. First time I ever had this experience. I was honestly BORED & we went home early.

Ambiance très agréable; personnel très sympathique & attentionné (Caro en particulier); maîtres de jeu à l'écoute de nos goûts & serviables. Nous avons passé somme toute une très bonne soirée (groupe de 4).

Cocktails: bons pour ceux que nous avons essayés, mais pas assez forts en alcool à notre goût pour le prix. Si je retourne, je prendrai plutôt de la bière la prochaine fois.

Nourriture: à mon avis, c'est ça le point le plus faible de l'établissement. On ne s'attendait pas à de la gastronomie, c'est un pub & ce n'est pas la fonction principale de la place, mais j'ai quand même été déçu, vu le prix de ma facture. Je veux bien «jouer le jeu» & contribuer aux salaires des employés en consommant, mais on consommerait probablement plus si c'était meilleur…

I love the ambiance & the concept of this restaurant. The servers & hosts are super charismatic & energetic. The only thing that sucks is the food. I've been so many times & every time i order something, it's not good. It's either too salty (poutine), too sweet (onion soup), too soggy (poutine), too dry (hamburger), too peppery (calamaris) or all fried. The only nice thing to share & the nachos & they put the condiments in the tiniest cup that holds 30g which is nothing. This isn't only me, every time i'm with friends we all share the same opinion. Look into some new recipes like for entrees artichoke dip, garlic bread, chicken wings (this would make so much money i swear) & for main courses fettuccine alfredo pasta, grilled chicken breast, chicken wings again (please put this), lasagna… I love randolph & i will still go DESPITE the food but it would be so cool if i'd go BECAUSE of the food. It would also allow your servers to make more tips cuz of a larger bill! All this to say, this place is doing good right now but i believe it would thrive a lot more if there was a menu change.

Love this place!! It's incredibly fun, lots of games, good amount of food & drinks! Only downside is the wait is pretty long to get a table, & the service is quite slow as well once you sit down. Everything else is great though!!
