Notre premier animateur était très expéditif dans la présentation des jeux & semblait être dérangé par nos questions.
Le deuxième était très à l'écoute & prenait le temps de bien nous expliquer avant de partir.
On a vécu une super expérience en deuxième partie.

Nous étions 5 personnes assises dans la pièce qui se trouve au fond du Randolf, du côté du mur avec une tapisserie fleurie. Le serveur est venu nous voir qu'une seule fois en 3 heures & nous avons essayé d'appeler un animateur pour avoir des recommandations de jeux, mais personne ne venait nous voir. Je suis déjà allée au Randolf plusieurs fois & j'ai eu de belles expérience avec des serveurs attentifs & des animateurs énergiques, mais hier soir le service était très décevant.

Belle soirée mais il manquait d'animateurs/animatrices pour le nombre de personnes présentes (samedi soir). Le roulement entre les jeux étaient un peu long.

The place is always a nice place to hang out, discover new games & have a good drink. But having to choose our own game & have to go online to understand how a game works isn't why we come to the establishment. There may be understaffing at the moment we were there, but it definitely wasn't as fun basically without a games host.
