Félix à été super cool avec nous & à même participé à certain de nos jeux. Mon conjoint n'aime pas normalement jouer à des jeux & chez Randolph il a super apprécié. Merci beaucoup

Extrêmement déçue on nous a comme oublié ça pris 1h30 avant d'avoir ma 2e bière le serveur oubliait tout le temps je devais comme courir après & c'est pas normal on a payé 9,00$ pour jouer à des jeux & on a eu seulement 2 jeux l'animateur nous a recommandé un jeu & est jamais revenu on a dû interpellé pour qu'il vienne à la table pourtant il servait les autres tables mais nous ils nous ignoraient on était 8 vous avez fait au moins 800,00$ & même plus & le service était très mauvais c'est regrettable avoir su j'aurais réservé ailleurs , les 8 que nous étions nous avons tous la même opinion nous avons failli contester notre facture mais c'était pour une fête de ma fille & je voulais pas faire de chichi devant elle , nous ne retournerons pas chez vous jamais

L'animateur de jeux n'étais pas présent, il est passé seulement 2 fois sur une période de 3h30. Il nous a mentionné de télécharger une application pour avoir des explications que lui servait à rien.

Les cocktails sont simplement magiques, les autres items comme les nachos & les chips sont excellent, alors je m'attendais au même niveau d'excellence lorsque j'ai décidé d'essayer le burger de poulet. Malheureusement, j'ai été déçu. Le goût était la, mais je ne pensais pas que le poulet était en faite seulement deux tranches de poitrine. Je l'ai trouvé quelque peu sec & décevant. Le randolphe est mythique, j'adore y aller, j'y passe toujours une soirée légendaire. Tout y est excellent, mais je ne prendrais plus le burger au poulet. GROS SHUTOUT a notre animateur en formation avec sa pinhatas, il est formidable
