The self serve water station didn't feel clean. I had a hard time finding glasses that weren't sticky. The menu was deceiving because the whole first page of the menu wasn't available & there were no porc options - which we only found out after our waiter came. The grilled cheese was very hard to chew & there was a very thick layer of pesto & hardly any cheese. I added water to my soup to try to make it less of a paste. The servers were kind & friendly & made the experience fun. But we had to ask for our bill three times. We were upstairs & found it very loud. The tables were very crowded - it was hard to navigate even just getting up to go to the washroom. I've been to a few Randolph's before & I don't think I will come back to this location again.

Personnel extra. Animateur du quizz & serveur Felix ont été très accueillants & amusants. Les chips sont toujours aussi bonnes. Biscuit mi cuit correct sans plus. Bel après midi , merci
Le macaroni au fromage est un peu sec on aura pu mettre un peu plus crémeuse ! Là salle est merveilleux , les serveurs sont bien servir & les animateurs répond bien à nos besoins !
Il fallait chercher le (les) serveurs. Ils ne se présentaient pas à notre table pour vérifier si on manquait de quelque chose, pour vérifier si tout était correct. Je dirais donc que votre faiblesse c'est le service à la clientèle.
J'ai adoré la poutine bacon & champignons & ma fille a aimé son Mac'n Cheeze. 🙂

Nourriture malheureusement inferieur au reste nous avons eu les nachos & le fond etait mou & c'etait à peine mangeable.
Nous reviendrons pour les drinks & les jeux :)
Très belle soirée! Les animateurs sont très gentils & le serveur était rapide & souvent disponible! La nourriture était un peu moins goûteuse, puis les portions semblaient un peu mkins généreuse que la dernière fois, mais nous avions une super place qui nous empêchait d'être trop submergé par le bruit! Très belle soirée, merci!
The chicken burger was a little dry & WAY TOO SALTY, I kept going up for water. The water drum also empties out way too quick & the place wasn't even that full so that needs to be refilled more often, perhaps more than 1 water drum as well (we were in the back room so it was further to get to).
The game "sommelier" we had wasn't good at all, didn't explain games to us or explained them too simple or wrong, didn't really seem to try or care. Wasn't good at their job compared to other times I've been (downtown location normally).

Au menu, il manquait énormément de choix puisque vos frigos semblaient vident. Après avoir passé nos commandes, 4 personnes sur 10 ont dû refaire un choix parce que vous ne pouviez servir les plats.
Assez ordinaire...
Pour ce qui est des jeux, vous vendez des jeux avec lesquels il est impossible de jouer. Trouvez l'erreur.
Notre serveur: Pops était super & à l'écoute. Le premier animateur que nous avons eu Patrick était efficace aussi. Par contre, on en a eu un autre, malheureusement il ne s'est pas présenté. Plutôt arrogant, & blazer...
En résumé, un service inégale, & parfois décevant.

Hier, nous avons souvent attendu longtemps avant qu'un animateur vienne nous voir.
Je trouve que les portions diminuent & le prix augmente, bien que je comprenne l'inflation, les mi-cuits ont diminué de moitié.
Nourriture dispendieuse mais ce fut une très belle soirée, je vais y retourner assuré.
Près de $100 pour un plat dans les entrées avec une frites partagé & même pas 1 verre d'alcool, juste de la boisson gazeuse...
