"Very nice cozy ramen shop. Had their ramen tampopo and the broth was clear, light, yet satisfyingly comforting. The extra egg, yuzu and vinegar ginger help elevate the flavorful broth with a bit of acidity and earthy notes. Also took the karage which was a delight. The chicken is seasoned well, crunchy and juicy. Can't wait to try the tsuke-men next..."
