"Tried a very interesting type of ramen - cross bridge ramen, well I named it because it looked like cross bridge noodles in the Chinese version. I liked the food and service there with only one comment - it'd be great if you could accommodate clients' needs like less sodium, less oil. They couldn't because they said the broths were premade."
