"Like Lance said, KISS (keep it simple Stroll) method when it comes to a bagel fresh out of the oven. Cream cheese smear, lox optional. Bliss! Real Bagel is one stop shopping for us for the Jewish holidays. We love the creamy chopped liver with fried onions, the "Homemade" gefilte fish and matzoh ball chicken soup. Maybe a knish or two lol.
