I've tried a few flavours so far & im not a big fan. It is so expensive too. The ice cream shop right next to this one has better flavours & cheaper prices!
I can respect charging $7 for an ice cream pop, but demanding extra money for a cup so my three year old can enjoy it without falling in the floor was just something else.
Sounds like a toxic place to work, staff not empowered to use some common sense.
I likely have a decade or more of mall ice cream purchases for the little ones, will take business else where.

Nice place with lots of flavors! Employees are nice & helpful, & the price is fair for how much they put inside the cups! Was 9$ for a medium cup, & they really do overfill it!
Tasty ice cream, they have many options! There aren't many seats, but it's still a nice atmosphere
Bonjour! J'ai longtemps voulu écrire sur votre café. Je suis une cliente régulière. J'adore y aller. L'ambiance est agréable. Tout est toujours propre. Le service est amical & professionnel. Mais la chose qui m'impressionne le plus est que vous avez une grande quantité de saveurs de glaces pour tous les goûts. & c'est à mon avis une excellente idée d'aller manger chez vous pour une occasion spéciale. Je tiens à souhaiter à toute l'équipe du café un joyeux nouvel an! & je vous souhaite pour 2025 la santé, la bonne humeur, la réussite dans le travail & des clients bien élevés & polis ! Puisque tout le monde ne sait pas & ne comprend pas à quel point ça peut être difficile de travailler avec des clients dans les cafés! Bonne chance & bonne année!

Let me first start by stating the the young lady who helped us was sweet & knowledgeable. We asked to try out some flavors as this was our 1st time at Qwelli. I got the small bowl, 3 flavors, the brownies( was excellent), the raspberries cheesecake (excellent) & the dulce de leche (nothing special about, it was okay). Even though the cup looks small, but honestly the quantity is excellent for 1 person. I do recommend it, but remember it's gelato, not the cream-based north American icecream. So if you're looking for a sweet tasty gelato, Qwelli is your place to go!
