I ordered an ice cream in a cup & they gave me an ice cream stick instead of giving me a spoon. I spent 7.50$ plus taxes & they didn't even have the decency to let me know my daughter was supposed to eat her ice cream without a proper spoon. They told me their policy they don't have ice cream plastic spoons, but wooden spoons exist. Despicable policies. Avoid the place
It's been years since I last had gelato from Qwelli, & let me just say the quality has remained the same.
I went with the pistachio & caffè latte flavors & loved that neither was sickly sweet. The caffè latte had a strong coffee flavor, & both were creamy & delicious.
I'll definitely be coming back to try the other flavors they offer.
NO FREE BIRTHDAY GELATO! NOT EVEN A SMALL ONE! I was instructed by the staff to sign up for their loyalty program to qualify for a birthday gift. Only after signing up, they told me it will take a day for it to be processed by their system. Once it is processed, my birthday would have passed & I would no longer qualify. I showed proof of enrollment to the staff but they did not honor their birthday deal. Unacceptable. I will never go back. ever.
