Food is'street' food - poor toilet facilities & very messy food. Food needs better'plate' support. Staff were pretty good.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen hier eingekehrt. Es war kein Fehler, aber auch kein Erfolg. Der Boden klebte vor der Theke. Das Personal strahlte Gleichgültigkeit aus. Das Essen war Austauschbar, ohne Würze und Einzigartigkeit. (Poutine Standard). Der Shake war sehr, sehr, sehr süß.

The staff isn't particularly friendly considering it's a super tourist-y place. Not rude or anything, just less friendly than expected. Also, I find portion size has diminished.

Un incontournable pour les touristes. Par contre c'est vraiment très gras & sucré. Une pour deux personnes suffit (au moins pour les grandes chaleurs).

A local bartender told us to try this & it did not disappoint. SO delicious - we got Killaloe & hazelnut & they were amazing. Samuel served us & he was so sweet & accommodating

I initially left a poor review because my Uber Eats order was canceled at the last minute by the restaurant. However, the owner promptly responded, explaining their limited control over Uber Eats & offering to rectify the situation via email. This response showed their commitment to customer service & reputation. I believe it was just a mix-up & don't want to unfairly hurt the business, especially since I didn't get to try their Beaver Tails.

Le temps d'attente fut interminable (1h) Plusieurs saveurs de crème glacée n'étaient pas disponibles & les boules au miel que j'ai commandés étaient dures comme du carton. Le staff avait l'air blazé. Déception.

Le chocolat chaud était bon pour le prix & le cheesecake fraise aussi 😋 la classique chocolat & bananes était bon aussi, très bon emplacement pour se réchauffer après des activités hivernale ou après une marche l'hiver au centre-ville!!!

Beaver tails is one iconic Canadian dish that every tourist, citizen tries once in a lifetime. A sweet dish with a beautiful mess I'll say. The best tasting simple yet affordable desserts. Must try the brownie, pistachio, oreo etc flavors. Quick grab & go type of food.

Première fois de ma vie que je goutte le plat "queux de castor", je suis agréablement surpris par son délicieux goût. Pour les personnes qui se demandent à quoi cela pourrait être légèrement comparé, je dirai des Churros. Mais à moins d'être en Sèche où de grave problèmes de santé lié au sucre vous pouvez aller vous régaler sans problèmes

Had a great experience trying beavertails. Really liked the coco vanilla flavor with oreos. Would recommend.
