I'm visiting from abroad & came specifically to try poutine & BeaverTail. Viviane was wonderful, kind, very patient & helped me order. The bacon poutine & the brownie BeaverTail were both delicious, prepared quickly, & packed perfectly for takeout. I loved the BeaverTail, the texture was so soft & crunchy at the same time. Would definitely recommend, & the price was fine!

Très bon comme chaque fois
Courage au monsieur qui a gere pendant tout le temps de notre visite tout seul la caisse + la cuisine. En + de bien cuisiner il garde le sourire

Visite de celui du Quartier Français. Bon, mais sans plus, la queue de castor dégouline de partout (rester concentré je parle de pâtisserie pas d'autres choses hein, je vous vois venir avec vos gros sabot). Tout tombe la présentation laisse à désirer, une fourchette & un couteau ne serait pas de trop. L'espace n'est pas grand & très peu de table à disposition donc si il y a du monde, obligé d'aller manger dehors & vu ce j'ai écris plus haut je vous le déconseille. Après ce n'était pas mauvais en soit, on va dire, juste bon, régressif, bourratif. Ambiance, aucune, c'est un fast-food.

Ayant essayé plusieurs fois l'enseigne, nous avons été un peu déçus par cette fois-ci, car la queue de castor était nettement plus petite que les précédentes, pour un prix similaire. Je recommande plutôt d'aller dans une autre franchise.

ci siamo imbattuti per caso, aspettando il nostro bateau mouche, e i miei ragazzi hanno fatto un abbondante pranzo! con dolce finale buonissimo! una sorte di frittella con spalmata sopra la nutella o quel che si desidera. Ambiente carino e il signore alla cassa simpaticissimo!

If you're needing something to handle the pastry & chocolate/sweet urge this is a good option. 1 is enough for 1 person but it's also rich & can be shared if needed.

Had the Traditional Poutine. It was very delicious & much better than what we have in Vancouver. The whole neighborhood is very historical & has a European atmosphere to it.

I love it, I love it. A delicious local dessert that you can enjoy alone or with others. The service is fast & everyone is very friendly.
Even though it's always busy, they keep the tables clean.
I liked the remodel; there's more space for tastings inside the establishment. If I could give them 10 stars, they'd get them.

Beavertails seem to be a Canadian thing - since I'm an out of towner, I wanted to try. According to Google: a beavertail is'a Canadian pastry, specifically a flat, fried dough treat shaped like a beaver's tail, & is often topped with various sweet toppings like cinnamon sugar, chocolate, or fruit. It's a popular Canadian dessert, especially in Ontario & Quebec.'
I got the pistachio nord, which they were advertising. It's pistachio cream drizzled over the chocolate beavertail. It was pretty sweet, but it was also very tasty.
I visited during summer, & it was so hot inside. There was little to no AC. The line seems long, but it goes by pretty quickly. The inside is pretty with some seating.
Credit card/Apple Pay accepted.

The beaver tails are very sweet & sugary🙌 They make them pretty quickly so the wait is minimal, also since they are a classic place you really must visit at least once🦫♥?
