Quesada Burritos & Tacos earns praise for tasty, fresh, and colorful Mexican fare with a build-your-own approach to tacos and burritos plus a selection of sandwiches and salads, and portions are often described as generous while prices stay reasonable, making it a popular fast-casual option near the campus and downtown where midday energy adds to the vibe, though some reviews mention a quiet setting with no music. Reviewers consistently note friendly, attentive service and quick turnaround, with many highlighting a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff; at the same time a few experiences point to inconsistency, such as meals arriving barely warm, small portions on some orders, or sauce requests not being handled as expected, and there are mentions of occasional miscommunication at certain locations. Vegetarian options are repeatedly praised, and freshness of ingredients, value for the money, and the ability to see orders prepared in front of you are commonly cited positives. Some customers appreciate the casual setting and occasional outdoor seating, while others mention the fast-food pace and a no-beer policy; overall the place is viewed as a solid, dependable option for a quick, satisfying Mexican meal.
So let me get this straight. These guys were doing it by the book, no doubt. But the portions I received were less than adequate, I'm sorry to say. Especially considering my burrito was $17. The food quality was still good; I enjoyed it. But it's gotten more expensive & there's less food. Something's got to give. Otherwise, it was fine.
