Amazing experience, the soup kept flowing, the food kept going, & hey the oats, they kept sowing. We were in love with the food & the vibe , all our friends laughed, lived & loved❤?
Absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, & authentic. The food was beyond amazing - every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, & clearly made with care. The grilled meats were perfectly cooked, the rice was fresh & fragrant, & the appetizers were some of the best Persian food I've had in a long time.
What really made the experience stand out was the hospitality. The staff were welcoming, attentive, & made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the evening. You can tell this restaurant takes pride in both its food & service.
If you're looking for authentic Persian cuisine with a great ambiance & outstanding service, this place is a must. Already looking forward to coming back.
Food is great & delicious.
That is common among many places.
However, the exceptional service we received from our young waitress in delivering water as many times as needed without even having to ask means she is a an excellent host by heart.
You must visit them & enjoy the kindness & generosity in the service.
I've never written a review for anyone before, but today I had to do it.
We came to this restaurant for Mother's Day, & we absolutely loved everything about it - the people, the atmosphere, & honestly the best Persian food I've had in Montreal.
So happy we found this place. Such generous & lovely people.
Highly recommend ❤?
I've eaten at Quartier Pers before & always enjoyed the food, but today I experienced something even more meaningful ! That's genuine kindness!
I accidentally locked myself out of my car while it was charging nearby, with my phone, keys, & bag all stuck inside.
The lovely owner ,she welcomed me in right away, offered me tea, let me use the phone, & kept reassuring me while I waited for help.
When they found out my son's birthday is tomorrow, they even sent me home with food for him as a sweet surprise❤?
Moments like this stay with people!
Delicious food is one thing, but warmth & humanity like this are rare.
I'm truly grateful & so happy to have businesses like this in our Montreal Iranian community 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I went here with my friends two years ago during winter. We ordered a course which allowed you to pick the dessert you want (ice cream sandwich or baklava). The waiter did not give us this choose in advance. & so, when we got our dessert, we got both of these items. & when we got our bill, we were surprised by how we were charged for the extra dessert when we didn't even got to choose one out of the two. I felt like we got scammed. My friends were too tired & we just waved it off, but I definitely won't be visiting here again.
From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were met with unprofessional behavior from the management, which made the experience very unpleasant for us. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was also unsatisfactory; the kebabs were undercooked, & the bread served as an appetizer was completely dry & stale.
In addition, three empty butter containers were placed on our table along with the bread & butter box, which clearly showed they had been taken from a previous customer's table & brought to us without proper attention-something that is very concerning from a hygiene standpoint.
Finally, we were asked to give a tip without our consent, which was also very unprofessional & uncomfortable.
Overall, this experience was not satisfactory at all, & we expected at least basic standards of service & respect toward customers to be maintained.
