Customer service is poor here. Usually restaurants, come to you to bring water, ask if ready. But we got the menu ourselves & had to look which menu & I had to ask what menu we can get?

Overall, the experience was very good. While the atmosphere may not be the most stylish or visually appealing, the warmth & kindness of the staff more than made up for it. The service was truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, & welcoming throughout.

The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors & generous portions. A great spot for anyone wanting to explore & enjoy a genuine Chinatown dining experience.

Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for great food & heartfelt service!

The others are good too (vegetarian) . The service was good & it's always a very inviting environment. Go to spot for dumplings in mtl. Even when there's a lot of people service is usually fast.
