We had late night dinner there, staff was so lovely, nice & welcoming. Taste like heaven, must try butter chicken & paneer tikka with lemonade.
We came here tonight as a group of five, & unfortunately the food was very disappointing. We ordered three meat dishes-chicken karahi, chicken jalfrezi, & a mixed grill-but all of them were mostly vegetables, with only two or three very small pieces of chicken in each dish.
We also ordered chicken biryani & lamb biryani, but both tasted like plain rice & didn't resemble biryani at all-not even close. Overall, the portions of meat were extremely small & the flavors were not what we expected. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended
Absolutely amazing experience! We ordered the butter chicken & the lamb vindaloo & both were outstanding. The flavors were rich, perfectly spiced, & clearly made with care. The lamb was incredibly tender & the butter chicken was creamy & full of flavor. One of the best Indian meals we've had in Montreal. Highly recommend!
Had saag chicken & naan bread. Outstanding! Highly recommend. Friendly service! Great music too!
I recently dined at Punjabi Kitchen, & I was blown away by the service & food! Garima & the staff were attentive & friendly, & the dishes were bursting with flavor. Highly recommend trying the Paneer Tikka, chicken & tandoori fish & Garlic Naan at Punjabi Kitchen, & don't miss out on authentic Punjabi cuisine. Five stars!
Ordered online I received cold rice with some small pieces of chicken in a small plastic container for $25. Not impressed at all - not even tasty. I don't recommend ordering the. Poulet Biryani.
We had takeaway. The staff were so kind - we stopped in on a whim 15 minutes before closing but they were so helpful & friendly! The lamb curry was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, the tandoori chicken was flavouful & moist, & it's honestly the best lentil soup in the city - smooth lentil puree perfectly balanced against bright citrus. The samosas were flaky & so flavourful. Definitely a top pick!
This is my first time in Canada, & I feel very fortunate to have tried the chicken karahi here as well as favorite of mine, lamb rogan josh.
Thank you for such wonderful hospitality, service, & positivity.
Ladies & gentlemen, don't think twice about entering this place. You can eat well here.
