As an Uber driver, this was one of the most frustrating pickup experiences I've had. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for an order, & despite asking several times, no one on the staff provided an update or acknowledged the delay. It felt like delivery drivers & their customers were not a priority. Clear communication & basic courtesy make a big difference, but unfortunately, both were missing. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

As an Uber driver, this was one of the worst pickup experiences I've had. I waited almost 30 minutes for an order, & not a single staff member bothered to give me an update or even answer when I asked about it. It felt like they simply didn't care about delivery drivers or customers. A little communication & respect go a long way, but there was none here. Very disappointing service.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, & the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Our Uber Eats driver had to wait 27 minutes for the order, & no one seemed to care or even acknowledge the delay. There was no communication, no apology, & no sense of urgency. If this is how customers & delivery drivers are treated, I can't recommend this restaurant. They seriously need to improve their service & respect people's time.

Very disappointing service. We waited 1.5 hours for our food while they kept saying,'5 more minutes.' Other customers were waiting just as long. They should be honest about the wait time instead of giving false promises.

Thats so insanely wrong at so many levels
Every time u ask for update 5 min 5 min 5 min
I mean close the stupid restaurant if u cant keep up or pause uber pick up orders
At this point a person can do is wait but get some mosquito bites while u wait
Never ever coming back here would rather die of hunger. Stupidity at peak. Other location r far better then this one
Next time would rather do 30 min extra drive & still get back home with food then this place
Im still waiting for the order as i am writing this .
So stay away from this waiting house

I ordered samosas from Punjab Canteen twice, & both times, there was so much oil in them-way too much, I couldn't even eat them. & I was so excited because I ordered the samosas, & I was going to eat them, but seriously, my experience with their samosas has been really bad both times.
