As an Uber driver, this was one of the most frustrating pickup experiences I've had. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for an order, & despite asking several times, no one on the staff provided an update or acknowledged the delay. It felt like delivery drivers & their customers were not a priority. Clear communication & basic courtesy make a big difference, but unfortunately, both were missing. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It felt like they simply didn't care about delivery drivers or customers. A little communication & respect go a long way, but there was none here. Very disappointing service.
