The oldest brewery in North America, Molson truly embodies the spirit of Montréal. The Pub John Molson captures this heritage and will delight travellers with the Molson beer experience, paired with its engaging menu.
“An honest brew makes its own friends.” Think of Pub John Molson as a pub with an edge, a palette of rich woods and shimmering copper laced with historic photos, iconography, and memorabilia recalling the original brewery ambiance.
Begin the day with a Croque Monsieur or the Trois fromages breakfast plate enjoyed with an artistic coffee made from the world-renowned Astoria espresso machine. Beer friendly appetizers range from Frites and mayo, to the Cheese and charcuterie plate or House panko-crusted shrimps. Guests can savour Wagyu beef burgers, Beef stew or one of several fresh sandwiches and salads to go.
Overall, Pub John Molson offers a convenient, mostly average airport dining option near the arrivals hall with a mix of bites and breakfast choices; nachos have good ingredients but cheese isn't fully melted, the pizza crust feels premade, and a vegetarian skillet is sizable and tasty, while some mornings feature slow service with a single server; the setting allows a relaxed sit down or quick stop before flights, and the menu provides enough variety to pass the time, though many nearby options favor express or takeout.
Had a great stop here with my friend! The food was delicious, drinks were well made, & the vibe was cozy & relaxing. Big thanks to Viii for her amazing & attentive service. Definitely one of the best spots to relax at the airport. Highly recommended!

Mid. Ordered nachos & pizza. Both were okay at best. Nachos had good ingredients but allot of the cheese wasn't melted. The pizza was okay but the crust was premade grocery store style & wasn't great.
This is a decent pit-stop if you are looking to kill a bit of time when first getting to YUL. We had a few hours to kill in the early morning before going to the Ecomuseum & we dined here for breakfast.
The restaurant opens at 7:30 in the morning, but you'll want to have a bit extra patience as there is only one server opening. The food was decent, & the service is fairly quick for it being limited. The menu had a decent amount of food & beverage options & the atmosphere was okay considering you're right next to the arrivals area of the airport. I really enjoyed the vegetarian skillet; portions seem fairly large, but it was very tasty. I found myself nauseous after the early morning arrival, so I would recommend sticking to something on the lighter side if you're tired or jetlagged.
There is plenty of selection around YUL, but given most of it is express & take-out, this was a good alternative that allowed us to sit & relax rather than wander aimlessly around the airport to kill time.
Montreal Airport location: It is very very strongly recommended to the manager to purchase a different brand of Smoked MEAT that comes in a package - 1/3 of meat was fat - requested more meat & they did heat up a second package which was a bit better but please, find a different brand. We requested a more meat as the smoked meat was $24.49 Fries were good. Was hoping for a good soup but turned down a potato & bacon soup.
