We ate here because it was at our motel, but also my wife had been intrigued that they smoke all their own meats.
One of us had a salad. I had the salmon tartare. This was all excellent, though we were looking for just a little more food. We ordered the wings. They were a bit dry & the house sauce seemed to be mostly ketchup based. Not quite to my taste.
The staff were very friendly & patient with us despite our abysmal French. Service was prompt.
