Reviews for Pub Andrew's
I've been going to this bar for years & have always had a good experience until last night. I was carded at the door as usual & admitted without issue since I'm 24. About 20 minutes later, after using the ATM, a bouncer (the Black man with the tooth gap) said something to me that I couldn't understand because of his strong accent. I didn't realize he was a bouncer & thought he was another customer, so I kept walking. He then aggressively grabbed/twisted my arm & pulled me back. I'm a 5'2', 128 lb woman, & he was over 6 feet tall & at least 200 lbs. The amount of force he used was completely unnecessary & unacceptable. My arm is still sore the next day.
Sara is my favorite bartender ever you have to meet her or your life sucks literally
Gute Preise, Sarah und Mila sind super nett. Tolle Bar, jedes WM spiel läuft :)
Was getting served by Chloe she is the best bartender, perfect service very friendly always there for a conversation
Super bar de quartier/billard gratuit avec consommation & que dire du staff incroyable, je recommande grandement.
Enjoyed our time here with a couple of nice Canadian beers & the popcorn. Relaxed ambiance & the barmaid was lovely & welcoming
Security guard shows no respect for clients for the 2nd time in two weeks at 2:50 he comes & grabs pool balls off table mid game & tells & tells us it's over, I confronted him the 2nd time letting him know instead of doing that let us know it's the last 10 mins so wrap up the game instead he told me I was banned.
This type of behavior creates an unwelcoming atmosphere & reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. As customers expect basic courtesy & It's especially disappointing because the bartenders are consistently great, & the overall vibe of the place is excellent
This is a dive bar in the best possible way. Shabby but inviting, decent drinks, a friendly bartender, & always an eclectic group of people hanging around.
I docked them a star because the music is just way too loud. I know thats the trend now but this is the kind of place that would benefit from a volume level where you could actuallt settle in with a drink & an old friend & have a deep conversation without having to shout at each other.
