About

Presotea elevates the bubble tea experience through the use of high-quality tea leaves and a signature fresh-brewed extraction process that maximizes flavor depth. Each serving is prepared individually using an espresso-style machine designed to preserve the aromatic qualities of the tea base. The menu features a diverse selection of traditional milk teas, fruit-infused infusions, and refreshing slushies that cater to distinct preferences. Patrons encounter a specialized focus on customization, allowing for precise adjustments to sweetness levels and ice quantities to suit personal tastes. Premium toppings like chewy tapioca pearls and flavored jellies add structural contrast to the beverages. This rigorous approach to preparation ensures a consistent product that prioritizes the integrity of the ingredients over mass production methods, setting a distinct standard for modern tea houses.

Review Summary

Presotea receives a variety of feedback, with many customers praising the quality and freshness of the fruit-based drinks, particularly the mango slush and taro milk tea. While some visitors find the menu items delicious and the atmosphere perfect for a relaxed weekend visit, others have raised serious concerns regarding billing accuracy, poor customer service, and inconsistent ingredient quality. Opinions on the sweetness levels and texture of toppings are mixed, but many patrons remain enthusiastic about exploring more of the beverage options available.

Stumbled in here last Saturday around 2pm after a morning of walking the Plateau, & honestly it was exactly what I needed. The brown sugar milk tea with fresh tapioca was properly done, not the overly sweet syrup-drenched version you get at a lot of chain spots, & the pearls had that ideal chewy bite. Staff were quick & friendly even with a decent line out the door, which I appreciated as someone who's waited forever at busier locations in other cities. If you're in Montreal & want a solid Taiwanese tea drink without any pretension, this is a reliable stop.

M4 mango lychee & grapefruit.

They mangoes weren't as ripe as I'd liked them to be, but they were all fresh ingredients. A couple of syrups to enhance the flavour, some ice & water.

It was pretty refreshing. The large was much bigger than I thought.

Overall I thought there was too much sugar added to the fruit drink.

My girlfriend had the Medium Fresh Mango & absolutely loved it! The flavour was fresh & vibrant, & the little bites of mango made it even better. Definitely a must-try for mango lovers

The bubble tea & mango frappe here are excellent! Some drinks, like the mango ones, include fresh fruit, which makes them especially delicious. All of their tea-based drinks are freshly brewed to order-not made in advance-ensuring great flavor & freshness. Perfect for hot summer days, these drinks are refreshing & a healthier option compared to most other bubble teas.
