Even when there is very few people it takes very long to get served & the staff seems disorganized. They gave me the wrong loaf of bread yesterday & realized only when I got home. Hopefully they will make some changes.
Many options, always fresh. I love the staff. Tad bit disorganized & customers don't know where to stand. Customers are very pushy & are a little bit too agressive trying to get their sourdough bread. They lack patience. But they need a better system of one or 2 people at the bread station at a time. Just so each customer can be served at a time & no one jumping in front of the other & taking the last bread.
We love to stop here on our way to/from Montreal. Food is good, bread is excellent & pastries kick ass. They also sell products from small Quebec producers (force meat, cheese, rillettes, cretons)
Service is really good & always kind. But it's only young white females so a little bit more diversity would be welcome.
Stopping in for a meal or a pastry is hit or miss. Often little to choose from. Bread is well stocked.
Our go-to bread shop. Pain de champagne is the ultimate loaf. Unfortunately, they are notoriously understaffed during peak hours with one 1 or 2 employees running the bread station so wait times can be pretty significant
Very busy, not enough staff. I was served very small overcooked palmiers. Excellent bread & jalapeno/chive loaf.
For $15. plus. 6 Croissants, I would expect at least better quality pastry dough & qty of chocolate than IGA at $5.49. They obviously purchase from the same distributor. They were dry & only one small finger size chocolate strip. I will be returning to IGA bakery section as they have had flakier & two strips of chocolate previously. I just thought as I was there for my weekly bread purchase I would treat the family. PM continues to have unique (from general store), breads. I will remain a loyal customer for their breads.
Freshly baked bread & brewed coffee. The lunch menu is affordable & of good quality.
This is such a wonder place to pick up special pastries, mini cakes breads, sandwiches & so many more homemade treats! Everything that we get her is always fantastic & is always enjoyed very much! Thank you for such wonderful products & service!
Service was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Breads were great. Coffee was quite disappointing. Amazing options
