La pâtisserie propose une présentation élégante & un travail très soigné, avec un service accueillant. Cependant, les choux que j'ai goûtés manquaient de caractère : les saveurs étaient peu prononcées & assez uniformes. Pour des parfums comme la noisette ou la pistache, on s'attend à une identité aromatique plus marquée, mais le sucre dominait.
Mon avis ne concerne que les choux, n'ayant pas encore testé le reste de la gamme. Je reviendrai volontiers pour découvrir d'autres créations avant de me faire une opinion définitive.
