I recently went to Poutineville on Queen Mary for a casual date, & it was the perfect spot for a laid-back evening. We weren't super hungry, so we decided to share a poutine with crushed potatoes, braised beef, & red wine sauce-& it was amazing. The crushed potatoes were crispy & light, which was a nice change from regular fries, & the braised beef was so tender. The red wine sauce added such a rich, flavorful kick that brought everything together perfectly.
The portion was just right for us to share, & we left feeling totally satisfied without being overly stuffed. The vibe was cozy & relaxed, & the service was friendly, even though it was a bit busy. It was a great choice for a low-key date, & I'll definitely be back for more when I'm craving poutine. If you're in Montreal & looking for a great spot to share a comforting meal, Poutineville is definitely worth checking out!

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent value & excellent milkshake. What more can you ask for? By far the cleanest poutineville in Montreal hell one of the cleanest in the city, the decor is modern which makes this poutineville stand out from the others. Overall me & my wife highly recommend this establishment, let's you customize your poutine which assures that you get what you want & it's a clean & friendly environment. The poutine at Poutineville is very good. We are fans of the classic & it does not disappoint. The gravy is excellent & those crushed fries are a nice touch. Plus the price is excellent since even the regular serving is quite large. There are tons of options also for all tastes.
However, I am constantly disappointed that they included plastic cutlery in my takeout & delivery orders even when I don't request it. I always aim to support places that are eco-friendly & I think I'm giving up on this place until they change their practice as there are many great options nearby.Voir plus

La poutine était beaucoup trop salé, les frites goûtaient le brûlé. Utilise de légumes congelés, un peut décevant. Les autres poutines étaient moins salés, peut être juste une exception. Lumière qui clignote, c'était agaçant. Bon service! Mais la poutine était vraiment mauvaise, je l'ai uniquement mangé par politesse pour les autres. Je préfère la belle province ou frite alors, ou encore celle du mcdo. Oui, celle du mcdo, même si elle serait tiède & soggy. Je recommande pas.Voir plus

Love this place. Great beer & poutine. Try the crushed potatoes with wine sauce! The smoked meat seemed more like ham but was still pretty good. Can get expensive though so watch what you order!Voir plus

Did a Google search for "Poutine" while staying in the area & this restaurant popped up. We picked up 2 orders & both were excellent overall. One dish was the veggie poutine & the other was regular poutine, both were delicious but both had very minimal cheese curds. This was our only complaint as you expect poutine to be filled with cheese but sadly it was slim pickings. Overall a great choice, glad we gave it a try. En ce qui concerne l'ambiance, de loin mon adresse Poutineville préférée à Montréal. Spacieux, beaux jeux de lumières (surtout en soirée) & l'endroit pour commander au fin fond du resto fait immédiatement penser à un bar bien fourni! Personnel sympathique & serviable. Service rapide. Bien entretenu. J'ai commandé une poutine Montréalaise & la portion était tellement immense qu'il m'en restait encore presque la moitié! La gentille commise m'a remis un couvercle afin que je puisse ramener le reste à la maison. Franchement, en tout & partout, j'ai beaucoup aimé l'expérience (malgré le fait que la toilette principale ne fonctionnait pas). Je vais revenir!Voir plus

came here for poutine. They have their premade versions or you can order a custom made poutine. I really enjoyed the pepper sauce. Service was great, our waitress was really helpful. The only bad thing was the classic poutine sauce. Had a bad funky smell to it & my wife got sick when she got home. Would not recommend the classic sauce.Voir plus

My son wanted to try a Quebec Poutine so we came to Poutineville. He had the Italian Godfather Poutine, I had the Bacon Mac & Cheese & my mother had the Classic Poutine. I was lying on my couch craving poutine...Poutineville did not disappoint! I got the large poutine (for leftovers), Mac & cheese bites, & dessert of the day. Satisfied my craving & had enough for lunch the next day! Thanks to SkipTheDishes, I was able to get delivery because it was a tough day & I couldn't get the strength to leave my apartment. Deuxième experience à Poutineville après Bishop (voir avis là bas, il est très bon). La québécoise était très bonne (titre) mais la spécialité Poutineville n'a malheureusement pas su me convaincre, sauce au vin qui est moins bonne que la sauce traditionnelle & qui écrase complètement le goût des frites. Il existe au moins deux teams dans cette ville, La Banquise ou Poutineville, & bien je ne suis d'aucune des deux, ma quête de la meilleure poutine continue, donc abonnez-vous.Voir plus

By far the best tasting poutine i have tasted. All varieties of poutines have been crafted delicately & make a lot of flavorsome sense.
