From the last picture, it's clear how much we enjoyed our meal-it was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely come back again to try more poutines. Highly recommended!
I have ordered a poutine with a few additional optional ingredients including coleslaw. Unfortunately a creamy coleslaw was put on top of the whole plate. There was more cream than coleslaw & it ruined the entire plate. The waitress told me that they are only serving creamy coleslaw (as opposed to many restaurants that serve also vinegar based coleslaw). But it was not written on the menu that the coleslaw was creamy.
Creamy coleslaw & poutine do not go together. What an awful combination. If you want to improve remove this item from the client composed poutine menu. Coleslaw can be served as a side dish.
We have been here 3 times now & have been lucky enough to get served by John each time, he is literally the reason we keep coming back! Also, the food is great, prices are reasonable, great kids menu. We will continue to come back, keeping our fingers crossed that we run into John again :)
