I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Jon (Yanis). He truly went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly kind, attentive, & made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. It's rare to receive service that thoughtful these days, & it really made the whole experience even better. John was wonderful, my family & I are visiting & came in to try the poutine. He was attentive & entertaining the whole time! He made great recommendations for food (try the milkshakes!) thank you for taking care of us.
the server was very nice & patient with me. the food was pretty good too. i got poutine (i chose steak & mozzarella to go on it) & a glass of cheval blanc beer.
some great food, perfect way to have authentic poutine for the first time, & just for the cherry on top the servers where one of a kind, very friendly & fun.
My hubby & I stopped in for lunch & the establishment was beautiful.
John was our waiter & we were treated spectacular, he went above & beyond.
We are from Brockville but our next visit will most certainly involve here again.
